After reading so many wonderful reviews about Codrington House, I was looking forward to my stay there. The place is certainly one of the best I have ever stayed in. It is really clean and feels like staying in a beautiful showroom. The design of the rooms is nice and aircon with the fan cools the room down really fast, especially when the weather is hot. Withing walking distance less than 100m food is available, such as Ramen, coffee bean, dim sum and just a bit further down you cab get satay and many other hawker style food. I will definitely consider coming back here if I come back to Penang again. 😊👍 Attached is a photo of the view outside my room during the morning.

A great choice if you are looking for spacious super clean cost effective family accommodation in a good location in Penang. The flat has a minimalist but high quality decor and furnishings. It has everything one needs in terms of utensils and equipment - perfect for short or long stay.

This is easily the best serviced apartment in Georgetown. It is quite possibly my dream home. What we loved the most was all 3 bedrooms have an attached bathroom. Everything else is excellent and exceeded our expectations.

Amazing stay, apartment is spacious, clean with all the necessities such as water purifier, washer drier. Great for families with kids. Really enjoyed our stay here!

We love the place for its
1. Location - close to World Heritage area, traditional eatery and modern caves, etc.
2. Quiteness when the windows are closed.
3. Large space with attached bathroom to every bedroom
4. Cleanliness - the place is spotless.
Suggestion:
Would be nice if the owner can include some complimentary tea and/or coffee bags in the kitchen
In summary, we would come back should be visit Penang again.

Friendly staffs, clean and cozy environment, spacious kitchen, a living room that can let everyone hang out.
The location is very ideal for our itinerary. There's also a baby cot for our 2 months old baby, that was lovely.

Home away from home . Near by local street foot and modern coffee shop near by which open at 7 am . There is also a 7/11 near by also. Will stay again when I visit Penang next year.
