地點很好，重要的景點幾乎走路可以到，搭grab也便宜，早餐比較沒變化，每天都吃一樣的😂

Location and staff are all great. However, the pool was a little dirty. 🤔

Very clean, spacious and beautifully designed hotel. Enjoyed my stay a lot and will definitely be recommending the Prestige to my friends should they ever stay in Penang

Service was amazing, check in was smooth and staff offered to carry our baggages and showed us our rooms with explanations of where each items were at. Hotel was very clean and beautiful. Location is great, a 5min walk from the port (ferry from Butterworth) and it is near the bus stop (CAT free bus). Overall the stay was exceptional and would definitely stay there again if I go back to Penang! :)

很滿意，酒店乾淨有設計感，頂樓泳池視野非常好。

The staff are very thoughtful. They gave us very good service from the moment we reached. The room is very comfortable and very clean. It’s so cozy and we can have a nice cup of tea or coffee in the room at our round table. Very thoughtful. My family and I love our stay very much.

吹風機不好，早餐咖啡也一般

意外驚喜的體驗！ 首先就是第一天進門服務包括引領入套都很nice，小冰箱和咖啡那些全部免費衞生間還帶直飲水，第一天無聊給飲料全打開嚐了，第二天酒店把喝完的全補了兩瓶，沒喝完的一瓶。糖啊水啊全部翻倍！愛了！哈哈哈 其次出門右拐在右拐直走就是姓周橋，藝術街也在這邊，左拐一大堆咖啡店！愛了！滿分！
