I have been so happy to stay there; it's a cultural experience to stay in a colonial-style building that is so beautiful. We are a family of 3 people. The room is quite spacious and clean, and the service is impeccable. Yun Li booked the restaurant for us; it says that the restaurant's waiting list is quite long. Usually, it takes weeks. Thanks, Yun Li, again; we enjoyed a unique Malay cousin experience. The location is within walking distance from the center, with Uber costs of 15-20 ringgit from the center. This small, friendly, well-cared hotel is worth staying in for money and experience.

We stayed with the Ascott group numerous times for its cleanliness and well-maintained facilities around the world, and Citadines Connect Georgetown is no exception. The building is renovated from a historical building which gives the hotel a mixture of cultural and contemporary vibe. It's a 3-story newly-built hotel and everything you see is brand new and tidy. The lobby is not large, but there are plentiful spaces to rest for a while. The room we stayed in is Studio Executive, and it's clean enough. The air-conditioning system utilized a touch panel for you to easily adjust to your liking. There are no drinking bottles inside the room but a water dispenser is just in the hallway, both environment-friendly and convenient. One of the things worthy of notice is the tap water system, where hot and cold water may be installed conversely. The hotel itself is located around minutes walk from Komtar neighborhood, and you can easily take buses to the airport or to other areas of Penang via the Komtar terminal. Several malls are also in this area to give you the convenience of shopping. The well-known hawker food centre at Lebuh Presgrave crossroad is also close by, where you can easily grab most of the famous and delicious local dishes here. CAT bus station is also not far from the hotel, and you can tour the UNESCO sites with it for a day trip. Overall, it's an excellent choice to stay here for its brand-new facilities, and its convenience regarding transportation, shopping, and dining.

Best location looking over the beach and a beautiful view of the penang bridge. Lots of delicious food within walking distance. The unit is clean and provide all amenities too.

Amazing staff and amazing hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and they were always willing to help. As soon as we arrived the lovely security came and helped us with our luggage. They also helped us with checking out. Everything was so clean and brand new! The pool is also beautiful and 24 hours! I would definitely stay here again. No complaints whatsoever. Thank you to Jack and the manager for their amazing service! Do not hesitate to book this hotel you will not be disappointed!
