Lokasi adalah yang terbaik, sangat disyorkan. Hotel ini terletak di tepi laut dengan lokasi yang sangat baik untuk kita bergerak - hanya 5-10 minit perjalanan kereta ke pusat membeli-belah berhampiran dan 10 minit ke Georgetown. 35 minit dari Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Pulau Pinang. Bilik bersih dan luas, tandas besar dengan pancuran mandian hujan. Suka bilik!

Definitely warned out hotel. The pictures are definitely taken years ago and hotel doesn’t look like it now. Rusty metal decorations in the corridors, no soundproof in the room as advertised, you can hear everything your neighbours are speaking, the traffic noise is unbearable. The damp smell in the room, you can feel the springs in the mattress. Water pressure non excitant. The original room did not have a window which is not specified when booking, had to pay upgrade for the studio to be able to even brief in the room. Advertised as having live music each evening which does not exist, the same as the bar area is closed. Definitely overpriced for what it is. Be careful when booking it as there are many other options which looks way better value for money. Would not book again!!! UPDATE: left the hotel after the first night as we could not sleep there and had our backs and necks hurting from very pour mattress and no window isolation at all. Asked for the refund which we paid for 3 nights upgrade and city

We had a superb experience staying in Noordin Mews! Very clean and comfortable rooms (from the bed, pillows, duvet to the towels and the whole ambience of the room), we literally did not feel like leaving the room at all :D And I would like to give credits to all the staff in hotel too. They are very helpful and detailed. Not to forget the scrumptious breakfast too~Its yum and with variety, you will not go hungry until tea time, haha. It's a great place to stay when you are in the town of Penang ! Highly recommended !!!

We stayed with the Ascott group numerous times for its cleanliness and well-maintained facilities around the world, and Citadines Connect Georgetown is no exception. The building is renovated from a historical building which gives the hotel a mixture of cultural and contemporary vibe. It's a 3-story newly-built hotel and everything you see is brand new and tidy. The lobby is not large, but there are plentiful spaces to rest for a while. The room we stayed in is Studio Executive, and it's clean enough. The air-conditioning system utilized a touch panel for you to easily adjust to your liking. There are no drinking bottles inside the room but a water dispenser is just in the hallway, both environment-friendly and convenient. One of the things worthy of notice is the tap water system, where hot and cold water may be installed conversely. The hotel itself is located around minutes walk from Komtar neighborhood, and you can easily take buses to the airport or to other areas of Penang via the Komtar terminal. Several malls are also in this area to give you the convenience of shopping. The well-known hawker food centre at Lebuh Presgrave crossroad is also close by, where you can easily grab most of the famous and delicious local dishes here. CAT bus station is also not far from the hotel, and you can tour the UNESCO sites with it for a day trip. Overall, it's an excellent choice to stay here for its brand-new facilities, and its convenience regarding transportation, shopping, and dining.

Best location looking over the beach and a beautiful view of the penang bridge. Lots of delicious food within walking distance. The unit is clean and provide all amenities too.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is in George Town, offering easy access to local attractions and dining options. The room was clean, well-maintained, and offered great comfort. I was impressed by the amenities available, from the fitness center to the in-room amenities. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, creating a pleasant environment for relaxation. The value for the price was excellent, and the service was impeccable—staff were always eager to assist.
