The room was very clean and right by the beach, with breakfast included – pretty good! It's only 400 meters from the pier, so not too far and not too close, perfectly situated on the east coast where it's not as noisy at night. Plus, it's very close to the turtle diving spot.

A lovely stay with super attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast on the beach was so serene! Excellent location and very convenient to be able to hire bikes from the hotel.

We stayed in the big villa as there were 7 of us. Rooms were spacious & toilets were huge and clean. There were, however, 2 cockroaches that we killed over the 5D4N of our stay. Apart from that, cleanliness was good. Breakfast portions were alright. We could order an ala carte item and the rest was buffet style - pancakes, soup, fruits, nasi goreng & mee goreng (fried rice & fried noodles), fruit juices & breakfast cereals. Breakfast time is 8am-11am. Some of our dives were at 8am so they couldn't make breakfast earlier which is a minus point - Gili Trawangan is a dive island yo. They have a nice beachfront & provide beach towels for free so u can chill & order food there. Would be nice if they have taps at the front of our big villa to wash our sandy feet.

We stayed at Samba Villas for 5 nights and loved the friendliness of the staff. The rooms were clean and were spacious. Good location and truly enjoyed the area. The staff greets you with a smile and willing to help in any way. We had back messages for a 1/2 hour every night and even got pedicures. Would highly recommend.
