房間很乾凈，公共泳池區域用來曬太陽發呆在適合不過了。早餐是點單制的，剛出鍋的煎蛋和炒飯很好吃。而且陽光好，適合浮潛後曬衣服比較方便。另外租自行車和馬車酒店都可以幫忙安排。騎自行車到碼頭附近的中餐廳吃飯都不遠，酒店走一百米左右就可以看夕陽落日美景。總體來説很不錯。

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Душ сначала прохладный, нужно немного подождать) Очень красивая территория, приятный номер, полотенчики, чистая, мягкая постель, стабильный вай-фай, очень приятный персонал 🙏
Завтрак на выбор - хлопья, омлет, лапша или рис + фрукты + чай/кофе, готовят очень вкусно, молодцы!!

Been 3 weeks around Bali, Gili, etc and this place had the best restaurant we have come across. Breakfast was amazing, fish choice, and portion size for dinner were great. We ended up eating all our meals there. Kudos to the chefs!!! The staff were also super courteous.
The place is located on the opposite side of the island from the center and perfect if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, but all was still within the walking distance.

불타는 광란의 밤을 원하신다면 절대 추천하지 않습니다. 아이들과 함께 조용하고 깨끗하고 아름다운 숙소를 원하신다면 강추합니다. 북쪽에 위치하여 조용하고, 바로 앞 해변이 아름답고 조용하며 거북이도 잘 나타납니다. 잘 알려지지 않은거 같지만 숙소의 음식도 훌륭한 편입니다.

Ffaizah mohd zainServices are good : ali, nopi, borhan, weda, nader and guard sumadi, pool is nice, areaa are well kept and clean. Breakfast less choices but still acceptable. Only thing there is no netflix because I have stayed in the other hotel next to the resort that provided netflix. Overall good and definately will come back again soon.

YYonghoEven though it is located in the west side of island, I could stay peacefully. Breakfast is 150K per person. I recommend to include it when you book.
No need to move and find sunset place since just in front of resort was fantastic spot for sunset.

The hotel was away from the busy beach front and noise, situated in a quiet remote location.
The hotel has cheap laundry services available.
The hotel allows you access to the main fridge to store your own drinks and food. There is free tea and coffee available.
💡 Think about:
The location is very remote, next to a farm. Often the farms burn wood and make bonfires and the rooms often smell like bonfire.
The hotel offers one choice of fruit, omelette or toast for breakfast.
Very small rooms with no safe.
The hammocks haven’t been cleaned and some are mouldy.
The bathroom is located outside, therefore if you do not like the outdoors, this hotel might not be for you.

PPengguna TetamuDon’t believe the pictures in the advertisement! They don’t reflect reality. The pictures pretend that the hotel is at least a 4 * location. The truth is that this is not the case! It is located at a very poor area in mid of the island where local people burn their trash including plastic. The smell is disgusting it is everywhere, in your room also during night and it burns in your eyes. The hotel is run by a group of very young unprofessional boys and I would like to emphasise that they are really friendly, kind and helpful and try to do their best. They also prepare breakfast in a kitchen which is disgusting! Therefore, I preferred to have breakfast at a proper place even though breakfast was included. See the attached fotos to get an impression what expects you and better choose another hotel if you want to enjoy your holidays. I had to pay 400 € for 3 nights, it is not worth half the price. I tried to get a reimbursement but the hotel didn’t accept. They obviously see the hotel as a cash cow and not a place where their guest should feel comfortable. This was very frustrating! At the end Trip. com accepted my complaint and offered me help. My advice: Choose a hotel at the beach, there are so many!

CCN Man 420We stayed as two couples and had a spectacular time at Kelapa. Ren the manager was ready to help our every need straight away and helped us book bikes and trips. She went as far as confirming we didn't pay too much when we booked others on our own. The villa itself was clean, tidy and exactly what we were looking for. The pool is huge but rather deep for the most part so you'll want to keep an extra eye on children.
The Kelapa boys would come by to clean the place every morning about 10-11am and did an excellent job. They were very polite and made sure not to go into your room to clean without asking first.
I gave one less star on location because it's in the heart of the island where it's much quieter. If you're looking for a night out you'll definitely need a bike or carriage arranged, otherwise you can expect a long walk home.
We originally booked 3 nights and very quickly decided to add on to our stay. Thanks so much Ren and Team for an unforgettable visit!

XXiaLinCharleneFirst, I would like to mention that the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is good if what you are looking for is something close to the restaurants and shops but also not far from the turtle point. However, I must mention this as it came as a bit of a shock to us, the property is located right next to a mosque. They broadcast prayers 5 or 6 times a day starting at 5am. I realize that we are in their country and should respect their religious practices. But, we would have booked a different location if we had known this because the broadcast is not as loud in other parts of the island and would not disturb your sleep. The room service was also much less than what we are used to. They only clean every second day (you must hand in your key for this to happen - a detail they only told us after day 3 of staying there), but the staff did provide us with clean towels every day when we asked for it. The breakfast was also very basic, but the amazing service from the staff kind of made up for it. Overall an ok stay.

斯斯奇If you are an partyguy, thits the hotel fpr you. There are movies every night across the street and there are a lot of great parties around. But if you want quiet, this hotel may not be for you.
The bathroom in my room has a very strong musty smell. The musty smell comes from the sewer. I have sprayed it with bleach, but the smell continues to come out. So this experience is not very good.
The service staff is very good. There are free frozen drinks at the reception, which is very considerate.
