Location from airport would be a distance to "enjoy" destination, but, that apply to most hotel. Supermarket, restaurant are near by, only is the counter staff not being friendly upon serving Asian

My room was directly behind the concierge desk. I could her people checking in and out all morning. Much too noises.

Good place near shopping and food. Family friendly (I was a solo traveler and so I hear many kids crying at night, so the rooms are not as quiet as I would have liked)

Check-in/out was very easy. Condition of the room was very good. Place looks brand new. Rooms were clean and provide the usual necessities. Towels, soaps, toilet paper, ice bucket/cups, refrigerator, usb charge ports. Ice machines only on certain floors but we didn't need that. Microwaves were available in the lobby, but not in the rooms. Breakfast is free, buffet style, 7a-9a. Included scrambled eggs, ham/sausage, bagels, frenchtoast/pancakes, toast, frosted flakes/fruit loops, yogurt, danish/muffins, juices, tea coffee. Coffee was availabe in the lobby 24/7. Pool is pretty deep, shallow end being 4 feet deep. It was just manageable for my 8 y/o. Beds/linens/pillows were all very comfortable. Maid services only available upon request, which is how I prefer it. This place had the BEST rates out of the Orlando area that we looked at and I am extremely happy with everything that we got for the price we paid. This was peak season due to spring break. There is a Publix Market next door, multiple restaurants nearby, Starbucks etc. all within walking distance. Great location. Staff was very friendly. Again absolutely no complaints. This was a great place to stay while we visited Disney/Universal Studios/Wekiva Island. This location was located in between the Disney Parks and Universal and nothing was more than 20 minutes away.

Initial view was great. 2x nights cockroach and as such asked to move rooms. (Staff member lady very helpful) but the second room had bug splatter on the walls. Small ants (I think) not pleasant at all.

Property is fairly new and comfortable. Our only complaint was that they actually allowed a marching band to rehearse at 8am in the parking lot directly outside our window. After arriving the previous night at 1 am, we were disappointed that this noise was permitted.
