Amazing experience. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and nice atmosphere. The hotel is in the city center. Supermarket is in front of the door.

El hotel y la atención están muy bien. Pero se ven los lavabos un poco viejos y el material k dejan es pobre. El secador lo dejan en armario ropa y no te dan ni siquiera una botella de agua de cortesia para ser 4*es un poco pobre pero ubicación y cama muy muy bien perfectos.

Hôtel très bien situer proche centre historique .Pas de parking à proximité parking payant en souterrain très chère 22eu la nuit !! De plus pas de piscine comme mentionné sur le descriptif publicité mensongère du site qui n’est pas à jour !!! elle n’est plus en fonction depuis presque 2 ans au dire du personnel de l hôtel très déçu sur ce point !!!

I spent one night at the hotel at the beginning of a cycling and golf holiday through the region. The reception team was very welcoming and helpful, and allowed me to store my golf clubs and luggage as I circulated back and forth through Girona during the week. Big shout out to Ruben who was particularly helpful for making a last minute reservation on the AVE train for me before heading back to Barcelona. I will definitely use this hotel again on future trips to the region.

Nothing I could find fault with. Perfect for visiting the old town, just go over the red bridge which is a few metres away. Nothing wrong with the room. Big comfortable bed with lovely pillows. Good TV with Netflix and YouTube. Spacious bath with large shower. Only problem was, we found the shower a bit slippery and difficult to get any shower gel out, although it was full. Everywhere was clean.

Comfortable and convenient hotel downtown Girona old city. Rooms are fine, bathroom and shower spacious. Breakfast is fine too.Staff was friendly and attentive. Only problem, there no parking close by, parking is very expensive something like 25-30€ per night

I can easily forgive that the hotel needs a fair bit of cosmetic maintenance (see pictures of a few items) but the fact it felt physically unsafe wasn’t acceptable. The hotel uses a motion detector system to turn on hallway lights. Unfortunately, it’s not configured well. The dark picture below is my first two steps into the hallway (from either direction). The picture of the staircase was lightened automatically by my iPhone. And while it’s likely the city rather than the hotel that created the problem, there is a curb that is invisible to those of us with depth perception struggled (see grey stone picture). The two parts are a step of three inches. Tape (yellow or reflective) would really help. The breakfast was “meh”, they use only half the room (making it feel crowded), and the towels they insist on leaving take up the entire area by the sink. The person who was the Front Desk manager said that they were aware. (I’d asked to speak to the hotel manager but he refused to check.) I’d said I felt the problems deserved a one-star review. He told me I was wrong! No sense he cared at all (perhaps because I asked to speak in English and subtlety is English is tough.) He did have a safety light turned on in my hallway (which did help though it buzzed all the time). So three stars but I doubt I’d return.
