Perfect location, train station just 5 seconds away (yes, 5 seconds) walking distance to central Glasgow, convenient. you can tell this hotel is not ”brand new”, but it gets the job done. would be even better if they can provide free wifi for this price.

整體還可以。位置在市中心，逛街方便。畢竟是大酒店品牌，基本的東西沒問題。有三點不好體驗：1.服務：英國這邊是下午三點入住。我是1點到的，一個年輕小夥接待，死活不讓我辦入住，説一定要等到3點。我去，我坐了30多小時的飛機了唉。沒辦法，疲憊得等。結果發現別的人來了就直接入住。我就試着找另一個，看起來像主管的人，直接辦。結果，人家啥也沒問就給辦了。給我氣的。白讓我乾耗近一個小時。太勢力了。2. 空調吹出來的風總是有種化學品的味道，關了吧冷，開着有味。3. 健身房有個體重秤，去了一看沒有數字，服務員説沒電了。又説了好幾句我沒聽懂。第二天去還是沒有電，換了個服務員，還是説沒有電了。第三天去，乾脆，把秤拿走了。我也是無語了。

Staying here till as an absolute treat. Despite having some issues with the door locks at the hotel, the staff were fast to help and arranged for a room change to accommodate the inconvenience. The staff alone are the primary reason I would return because they were all kind, welcoming and ready to help!

Kami menginap di Hotel Easy dua kali dalam tempoh seminggu, saya menempah kedua-dua penginapan sebelum saya pergi ke yang pertama... Saya kesal dengan keputusan itu. Dalam keadilan penginapan pertama, bilik yang kami tempah adalah kira-kira £32 kerana ia adalah hari minggu. Ia adalah yang paling murah yang ada di dalam kawasan pusat bandar Glasgow. Oleh itu, ia mendapat pujian untuk menjadi yang termurah, namun biliknya kecil. Kami mendapat bilik dengan tingkap kedua-dua kali, sebenarnya saya rasa tanpa tingkap anda akan berasa sesak. Kotoran di dinding bilik tidur, kotoran di bilik air yang belum dibersihkan entah berapa lama. Kotoran di lantai semasa perjalanan ke bilik juga tidak kelihatan. Kakitangan di hotel adalah baik, kami tidak diganggu oleh orang lain yang turut menginap di sana, jadi jika anda benar-benar mencari tempat untuk bermalam & tidak merancang untuk berlama-lama di bilik hotel anda - maka lakukannya . Jika anda sukakan lebih banyak ruang daripada 3 langkah anda masuk ke dalam bilik untuk ke katil & bilik mandi yang boleh anda jalani - kemudian teruskan ke tempat ini. Sarung klasik yang lebih murah tidak selalunya lebih baik.

We checked into this hotel expecting the room to look like the photos advertised on their website. In reality, it did not. We were booked into Room 12 which is in the basement of the hotel. The room had a damp and musty smell. The bathroom door hit the edge of one of the beds when you opened and closed it. One of the teacups had tea stains in it. The window in the bathroom did not have a curtain and although there it was frosted, you could see the hotel workers sitting across the way when they were having their break. If you were taking a shower, they could probably see into the bathroom. There was mold in the bathroom shower stall. The worst thing in this room was the large emergency LED trouble light which was about 24 inches long and so bright it lit the room up like a neon sign when you were trying to sleep. To the hotel's credit, I talked to the owner and the maintenance person about how dissatisfied we were with the accommodation and the next morning we were switched to Room 103 on the main floor. They apologized for the inconvenience and the condition of Room 12. The room was much more spacious and the bathroom double the size. There was a large window in the room that opened on one side and the other side could be opened too but the handle to crank the window had broken and fallen onto the ground outside. The room looked out towards a lane and a row of garbage cans. There was still some mold in this shower stall but it was nowhere as bad as Room 12 in the basement. This hotel was booked fully the whole time we were there. I think the biggest draw for this hotel is the proximity to the Byres Road which is near the Botanic Gardens. It is located in the West End, which is lined with boutique shops, bakeries, pubs, and eateries. For the price we paid, it was definitely not worth it. I am shocked that it has had rave reviews but I guess the location trumps everything else. If you book this hotel, call them and try to avoid any rooms in the basement if you can. Also, this hotel does not have an elevator and if you have mobility issues, the stairs are quite steep.

The hotel is situated in the centre of the town which makes you easy to go anywhere. Don’t forget to park your car in their car park which is more cheaper than you put your car in somewhere.

Booked Moxy at the very last minute as there’s some problem in the previously booked accommodation. Had a really good experience at Moxy. Super clean. Good amenities and nice breakfast. Had a good time with my family.

This trip was to see a Concert in the Hydro. The experience was wonderful and thanks to the Argyll it helped made it possible. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The journey to the venue from the hotel was ideal and the breakfast was very good.
