The convenience of this accommodation is great with a short distance to pub, shopping mall and the major expressway. The warm welcome of the preheated room is a wonderful touch after passing through the chilly winter days of Scotland.

back again, after a year gap of traveling with the kids in tow, another family stay to do the jan sales at the shopping center across the road! my fave thing at Premier inn is the kids eat breakfast for free. close to the shopping center room spacious for all the bags, was cold but the heaters werent slow in warming us up

Staff great, Hotel room clean BUT Very noisy, No heating in rooms, windows broken No hot water If you are staying here think again, although the staff were amazing the hotel is on its last legs and needs a total refurb, No heating in any rooms apart from a dodgy oil radiator, took hours to heat up, firs room went to had broken window, changed to a better room but still very loud with thin walls and no hot water for showers

Great location: close to plaza and shopping outlet. Easy to get to. Clean environment and friendly staff. We enjoyed the one adult and child gets a breakfast free deal. Staff was friendly but self check in wasn't available at the time of our visit.

A standard Premier Inn experience, which means the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Some of the room fittings were showing signs of wear and tear. Plenty of on-site parking and the hotel is convenient for the motorway. All the staff were friendly and the breakfast had a good range of cereals/cooked food. They now have gluten free muesli on request, although the gf bread is still pretty poor.

Wasn’t quite what we expected because there was no heating! But they give you a plug in which helps only takes a 5 max to heat the room and then we were all sweating! Was up for the ice hockey at braehead which we were able to walk to! Breakfast was great! Poached eggs made by the polish lady were fantastic! She made fresh hash browns aswell with no bother!

Great hotel, great atmosphere and really enjoyable stay. Rooms were really clean and the staff were absolutely lovely and went out there way to help and provide directions/places where we could go out to eat and some events that we could go to. Would definitely come back.

Good location for shopping especially Braehead for Christmas shopping. Staff are all very attentive and friendly, always happy to help. Rooms are spacious and clean - bed is extremely comfy and just what I was expecting. Great breakfast in the morning :)
