La Ferme de La Huppe

This is a beautiful and charming property in the form of a restored farm house 5 minutes drive from Gordes. The surrounding grounds, pool and garden have been exquisitely designed and executed and nothing looks out of place. The rooms may seem basic but are very functional and you will miss nothing on a trip to Provence where you will be spending most of the time outdoors. The only thing I would change is maybe slightly better tea and coffee-making facility in the room. The breakfast was as expected and the attached restaurant if very good and you should try it at least once during your stay. However, make sure to call ahead as the hotel may close for some months in low season and the restaurant if frequently fully booked.

Really excellent hotel in every aspect. Location is good for petite Luberon and nearby areas, it is also set in a lovely spot, typically Provence. The rooms and buildings have the feel of the area. Staff were all professional, polite and helpful. We had evening meal on one of the 3 nights we stayed and it was very high quality food and service. Breakfasts were wonderful - on the quiet terrace and of top quality. Owners are helpful for example pointed a lovely little walk from the 'hotel' which immersed you in Provence. I say 'hotel' as it doesn't really have the feel of a hotel - it appears to be a converted farm with several buildings converted to top notch accommodation, we did need the efficient air con as it was hot in the day. Would love to return one day as we didn't have enough time to see the whole area. Local villages are lovely and have their own character.

This hotel is amazing! The rooms are exquisitely decorated in this gorgeous 1600’s stone farmhouse. It’s a fantastic base for exploring all the Luberon villages, yet also an easy drive to Arles, Nimes, and Avignon. We stayed 7 nights and everything was perfect! Loved our room and we dined all nights in their gourmet restaurant. And the food was delicious. They met my dietary needs. The owners are so involved in our experience and are so personable. We would love to return some day.

From welcome, through stay, until checkout an impeccable warm and thoughtful service. My second time at la ferme, and this charming hotel de charme keep improving under new management, not with an excellent restaurant and plenty of choice on the drinks list. I recommend for a couples stay, or as stopover on the road to/from Côte d’Azur.

Both the hotel and the restaurant were incredible! The room was so peaceful and very clean and cozy. I loved the design. The food at the restaurant was some of the best I had in Gordes. The pork chop was absolutely delicious. Everyone who worked at the hotel was so kind and accommodating and I would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone. They also booked a car for us to get to the airport and everything was hassle free and timely.

A beautiful and luxurious property. The owners, Noémie and Roman, are friendly and outgoing (and speak excellent English!), and gave us very helpful advice about the area. The restaurant is superb. We would definitely stay here again!
