I booked the hotel because of the reviews and i did not regret it at all! One thing i like the most is the fragrance of the hotel; the lobby smells so good and so did our room! They helped us with the luggages and served tea when we arrived-- the check in experience was fantastic! Breakfast was tremendously luxurious and delicious. Tons of options and i didnt even know where to start. I did not capture the breakfast buffest since i was too busy eating. Their dessert is good too! Some turkish lokum,cakes and cookies. Wait, did i tell you that i love their salad as well? Oh yes, definitely need to mention that. Baha make sure we had a great time and even helped to deliver fries to our table before the breakfast time finished The whole team at the dining service were tip top-- they serve us with smile. All in all, the hotel's ambience, cleanliness and nice fragrance made us so comfortable that we didnt want to leave the hotel 🤣🤣 Thank you Grand Suite Hotel! Our first Cappadocia experience is complete with you!

訂晚了訂的是無窗房 沒想到是負一樓的地下室 不通風 浴室味道很重 跟老闆協商加錢換房沒成 訂了兩晚住了一晚半 連夜坐大巴逃往安塔利亞

櫃檯小姐很友善，提供有效的旅遊資訊，介紹Tour行程，雖然最後沒有參加飯店推薦的行程，但櫃檯人員還是提供很多幫助。

房間大，在安靜的小馬路邊，路邊自由停車。房間設施舒適，酒店內部格局獨特，早餐可以，在頂層餐廳。但房間隔音不好。

這家是我在卡帕住下來 性價比最高的！ 就連當地的導遊都説這家好！ 房間寬敞乾淨 早餐品種很多 前台幾位服務人員都很好 臨走的時候在大廳等送機 服務生還泡了熱茶。強烈推薦！

This hotel offers incredible value for money. The entire property is stunning, featuring numerous indoor and outdoor areas perfect for relaxation. Its location is ideal, just a 2-minute walk into town, making it convenient for enjoying the breathtaking views. The highlight is definitely the rooftop in the mornings, where you can watch the hot air balloons—a truly magical experience. Breakfast is fantastic, with a huge selection of delicious dishes to choose from. The rooms are also very comfortable and have air conditioning! The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and you can easily arrange various activities and airport transfers through the hotel at a great price. I highly recommend staying here!
