We are here because we got stuck on the highway enroute to Tokyo. A great surprise to stay here. Enjoyed a safe bath spa at the common bath area. Hotel has many local branded shampoos and facial products to sample, and I think they are thoughtful. We woke up realising having our breakfast in front of mt fuji!

My slippers were stolen by someone in public bath area. The quality of the slipper is bad and is easier torn. The room size is small (but common) and acceptable with this price. Not much choice for the breakfast, almost no refill after 30 mins before the end of the breakfast time. The most disappointing thing is the impoliteness of the receptionist/restaurant staff.

Located just next to the expressway. Quick stop for any business traveller. Motorsport themed as well. Nice onsen and free curry rice!!!

The location is not good if you don't have a car. I had heavy bags and it took me about 40 minutes to reach the hotel. I took a taxi back to the station after check out which cost 1200 yen. It is in a bit of an isolated area. Closest convenience store was about 10-15 mins on foot. The hotel itself is nice, clean and new. Rooms a bit small but I had a spectacular view of Fuji from my window. The bed was new and very comfortable. Remember to take a taxi from the station if you have a lot of luggage.

Happy to have stayed here when we were outlet shopping at Gotemba. Easily accessible by car and less expensive than staying at the outlet.

Location of hotel is very out of the way. Breakfast selection is limited, not good at all. Hotel only provides bottled water on the day of check in only.

房間很乾凈，硬件設施也非常好，空調、冰箱，熱水壺，還有一個小型保險箱，窗外就是富士山，運氣卻很好可以清清楚楚的看到，早餐不是很豐富可以吃飽的那種，離御殿場奧特萊斯特別近，步行20分鐘就能到，和朋友約好了下次一起還是這家酒店！

酒店在高速公路出口，同市中心有一段距離適合自駕人士，而酒店的入口指示不太清晰，駕駛經過的話，很容易就錯過酒店入口，希望酒店能作改善。酒店空間感足夠，而且10分整潔，而我的房間是向着富士山的一大清早起來，就能看到富士山的景色，實在一絕！酒店嘅員工亦10分友善，英文也很好，入住前清晰介紹酒店的設備，而酒店自己配備有浴場可到此緩解一日旅程的疲累。

とてもキレイで、使い勝手も良かったです。 アメニティバーはもちろん、紅茶フレーバーも多種あり、24時間飲めるのも有難かったです。 インターの横という立地で利用しやすく、眺めも最高でした。
