❗️BED BUGS ❗️ The room appeared clean and provided the essentials, initially giving no cause for concern. However, about 90 minutes after going to bed, I woke up to intense itching. I discovered red bumps scattered across various parts of my body. I spent a sleepless night struggling with non-stop itching and discomfort. In the morning, I showed the bumps to the receptionist, who acknowledged them but merely suggested I email the hotel. Over the following days, I suffered from over 60 red, swelling, and itchy bumps, and had to use medical cream prescribed. Despite sending emails with photos of the bites, the receipt for the prescribed treatment, and making daily phone calls to demand a refund, the hotel has up until today failed to respond. I was repeatedly told by the reception that someone would return my call, but I received only silence. Experiencing a bed bug infestation in a hotel that prides itself on its standards is utterly unacceptable. The lack of basic ethical response and customer service to at least offer an apology and compensation is far below any acceptable standards. I strongly urge everyone to steer clear of this establishment. Their disregard for guest welfare and lack of professional response to serious complaints endangers future guests and tarnishes the trust in hospitality standards. Choose a different accommodation to ensure your health and peace of mind.
