Hôtellerie Notre Dame de Lumières

It was a lovely stay with very clean rooms. The hotel has great potential as it is spaceous, very well situated and has a beautiful scenery. The young hotel manager and his wife were really helpful as they gave us indications on where to go and what to visit. The staff was kind overall and the service was exceptional. Nevertheless, one of the staff members, who seemed to be the head waiter, seemed really drunk and yelled impatiently and made rude faces at the clients who hadn’t finished their food. Overall, I would recommend staying there if you are visting the region as it is well worth it for the price and what it offers.

Lovely stay and wonderful location. The hotel was nice and clean, and the beds were very confortable. In general the staff were very kind and friendly, except the head waiter, who seemed drunk and was extremely rude.

Liked - 1. Building is pretty. Disliked · This hotel could be so much more, examples ... 1. A beautiful courtyard where umbrellas were never raised in the blazing sun, and where waiters or menus were never seen. what a waste! 2. Food was underwhelming, especially breakfast. 3. No tea or coffee facilities in the room, but a horrible dispenser downstairs. Coffee undrinkable 4. No mini fridge in the room, but a small chest freezer downstairs??? 5. Swimming pool is NOT heated, unless you consider the sun on it 6. The swimming pool is used by the local population drifting in, and we even had a morning where it was full of classes of local ladies doing exercises. Hilarious! 7. Situated in an area that does not really cater for other eating ideas. The couple of restaurants in the village not enticing. Not much in the village to be honest

Nous venons de passer 4 jours dans le Luberon et avons séjourné en groupe dans ce magnifique hôtel. Tout était parfait .Personnel aimable et disponible, chambre confortable et très propre. Tous les repas du petit déjeuner au diner étaient excellents, varies et très copieux. De plus le lieu est calme et reposant à proximité de nombreux sites à visiter. Expérience a renouveler en famille .

Chambre assez spacieuse et tres propre avec petite entrée et une belle salle d'eau. Excellent petit déjeuner. Cadre magnifique et calme. Accueil parfait, personnel aimable, souriant à vos petits soins. Nous étions de passage pour une nuit. A retenir pour un séjour de visites dans le Lubéron

très bon accueil, très belle chambres, petit déjeuner copieux, bonne restauration, vraiment avec notre groupe nous avone été très satisfait. Merci à tout le personnel.

Chambre 'supérieure' très confortable avec un grand lit et une grande salle de bains. Personnel accueillant Petit déjeuner complet servi sur une large plage horaire Diner proposé sur place avec un menu unique mais à réserver car nombre de places très limité. Cuisine assez simple mais bonne et copieuse. En plus l'emplacement est vraiment en plein milieu du Lubéron, à moins d'1/2h des sites touristiques principaux.

Chambre très spacieuse et propre, sanitaire ok, poussière ok, literie très confortable, chambre climatisée..... et très bien insonorisé. Repas de très bonne qualité et bien présenté. Le personnel est très agréable et aux petits soins. Superbe terrasse et très belle piscine. Je recommande cet Ets de très bonnes factures ! Ets très calme pour le repos !
