**Disappointing Experience at Balmy Beach Resort Kemer** I recently stayed at Balmy Beach Resort Kemer, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the staff hardly speaks any English, which made communication very difficult throughout our stay. This was particularly problematic when it came to dietary requirements. The hotel's website advertises a large vegan food selection, but in reality, there are no vegan options at all. To make matters worse, even the vegetarian dishes contained meat. The staff seemed unable to understand what veganism or a casein allergy meant, which led to serious issues during our stay. Despite repeatedly informing them about the allergy, they served coffee with milk multiple times, causing me digestive problems. Moreover, the receptionists were extremely rude and unhelpful (excluding a girl named Roya and a guy named Simioman). When we inquired about a late check-out due to our late transfer, they seemed completely incapable of understanding the concept. As a result, we had to wait six hours without a room, which is something that better-quality hotels manage by offering a room for a few hours. For a holiday costing €5,000 for seven days, I expected a much higher standard of service. Unfortunately, Balmy Beach Resort Kemer did not meet these expectations. I would highly recommend considering other high-class hotels in the area for a better experience.

Travelled with friends for this holiday. The holiday was a relaxing break. We arrived late but pleasantly surprised by the restaurant being kept open where a nice meal was provided. The buffet restaurant was one of the better buffets I have experienced on an all inclusive. The staff were attentive and pleasant especially Ayton and Saban who regularly went above and beyond. The A la carte was good at lunchtime the menu did not change over the week and our evening experience was not good. I would like to see areas around the bars designated non smoking /smoking as non smokers it was unpleasant due to smokers not being considerate to non smokers. There is also no facility for a late checkout this would be a big bonus. Overall a great holiday.

Small Luxury hotel, beautiful Garden, wonderful Pool, excellent Food, staff very polite and helpful , especially Saban from Restaurant. Rooms are very clean and enough towels available. Only Problem: loud MUSIC from Hotels in the neighbourhood in the Night.

We were 2 couples staying for a week, overall a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Arrived around 10pm and greeted with a friendly welcome and provided a tasty meal even though the restaurant had closed. The hotel is very laid back and not a big resort, therefore easy to navigate around. Plenty of places to chill out ie pool, beach, bars etc, we swam more in the sea as was warmer than the pool. Buffet restaurant was very good with excellent choice of food, special mention to Ayton and Saban who were both extremely friendly and attentive, a credit to the hotel. Al a carte restaurant was good for lunch but not so good in the evening, 3 of us sent the steak back as inedible and service not that attentive. A few niggles that would have turned it from 4 to 5 stars. Smoking - there should be designated smoking areas as we found the smokers were not considerate to us non smokers and can be a little off putting in the bar areas. Sun beds - there were plenty between the pool and beach but if you want a good spot around the pool be prepared to be down by 7am ! They do not enforce the no reserving rules. Late check out - despite a few attempts there was no budging on having to check out by 12, feel they could be more accommodating to those with late flights home. Cabana - we tried it for 1 day, at 50 euro’s it did not seem worth the money, service not great and shaded from early afternoon. Despite the few niggles, we still enjoyed our stay and would consider returning, a very relaxing week away.

Saban from the restaurant is the nicest person ever! Great hospitality!! The food was delicious, the views were exceptional. Territory was great. Lots of boarding games - loved it a lot!! Thanks to all Balmy team. Will come back next year!!

Today I had a wonderful experience of WOW-serviced dish in Balmy hotel made by Chef Tolga. It was juicy, perfectly cooked entrecote with rosemary on top. Best dish I've eaten in Turkey ever by a charismatic Chef, who I had a pleasure to observe. ABSOLUTELY RECOMEND ❤️

We booked this holiday immediately after returning from Balmy Beach last July. We loved it then and loved it just as much this time. The setting is beautiful with the sea one side and mountains the other. Pool is lovely and large. You can float around on inflatables (my lilo is my holiday) and there is no time restrictions which we love. The 24 hour garden bar is so pretty and chilled, the beach bar is lovely with loads of space overlooking the sea, and the a la carte is also overlooking the sea and great to eat at lunchtime if you wish. Restaurant is great (with an outside area as well) with plenty of choice and food is lovely. There also an ice cream hut for day time. The hotel and grounds are absolutely spotless. Rooms are lovely and spacious, The air con is the best we've had in a hotel. Staff are friendly and a particular shout out needs to go to Latifa (customer relations) who you will see around constantly and is very warm and helpful. The hotel love their local cats and ensure they are looked after which we love. If you want a chilled, relaxed, quiet break in a beautiful setting this is the place to go. We holiday regularly and never go back to the same hotel apart from this one. Couple of niggles. We had to take the plastic reusable drinks cups back to the beach bar on 3 different occasions as they were dirty. I noticed that they just 'swish' them under water to reuse. They need to be washed properly. Only 1 other thing missing is room service as there were occasions when we just wanted a snack or something on our balcony in the eve rather than having to get ready and go to the restaurant. Other than these, perfect 👌

The restaurant section is great. Tolga chef made a very nice presentation. Mr Ulaş working in the restaurant section is very good at his job, the rooms are nice and clean. No noise, no disco, live music until 12 at night. The sea is marvellous. No sunbed service. The drinks are very good. Internet is slow.

Great adult only concept! You like to do it for you and your partner, do it here! Clean, calm, great service, wonder food. 🧑‍🍳 Tolda make my day with his small working table and great and full of taste beeftek. No matter well done or rare, you can enjoy anyway😊
