Hotel was nice, but very disappointed with the breakfast, pancakes felt like you were eating the sole of a shoe, some mornings all you could have was fried egg or a boiled egg as nothing else was available ( hot food wise ) the Continental breakfast was always low in items available and pastries were under cooked. If I stayed again I would not have the breakfast. Rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable but the fridge didn't work and the desk was not connected to the wall so if u put something on the end it started to tip to that side. I would class this as a 3 star hotel at best.

Getting off the Club Med 2 ship I walked with my luggage to your beautiful hotel, KA-POW! My room had views of the docks, the restaurant on the 23rd floor had incredible views and impeccable service. The swimming pool on the 25th floor was nice, just right for a little dip. Thank you Elizabeth who checked me in, I walked in stressed and left refreshed and happy. Your English is excellent and your kindness was much appreciated. A good haircut helped too, there are many salons and massage places in walking distance. I enjoyed sitting at a few sidewalk cafes, walking around and window shopping. The beach was a an eight minute walk and the dock was a three minute walk. Thank you to Manuel who checked me out and helped me with my luggage. I highly recommend this hotel.

I’ve stayed here so many times, and I keep coming back! The hotel is new, opened in 2017, and the facilities are still in good condition. My standard room was very nice, well lit and designed with fair colours. It was spacious for a three-star and really offers four-star comfort and amenities. Many four-stars nearby don’t even come close with their worn-out rooms. The room came with fast and reliable wifi. There were sockets at the desk and bedside tables so charging your devices was easy. The bed was comfortable. There was a safe and ample closet space. A 0.5 L bottle of water was provided on arrival, but was not replenished. There was no bathtub, but the shower had a handheld shower as well as a rain showerhead, with good water pressure. The bathroom came with several amenities usually seen in first-class hotels, such as a razor, a toothbrush etc. All staff were very friendly and helpful, and they spoke excellent English at reception. The hotel, which was more than well worth its price, is located a block from Las Canteras beach and a short walk away from Santa Catalina park, with lots of shopping and dining opportunities close by. There is a supermarket 100 meters from the hotel. The location couldn’t be better!

This was a one night stay before picking up the cruise ship Azamara Onward. To get to check-in, you have to go up one storey from ground level by climbing a fancy set of entrance steps. There is a 1970s ”baggage lift” to the rhs, and if you have a disability you can use that, but it has no sides, and moves at a snails pace whilst your finger has to stay on the button. This lack in investment speaks volumes about this hotel. I was given a superior room due to loyalty scheme status, but it was nothing special. The air con was noisy, and the room lacked charging points. The mattress wasn't that great, and the bedding was musty. Dinner in the 23rd floor restaurant was a farce. The restaurant was fairly full with cruise guests on a dinner package that included a buffet and drinks. Rather than allowing us to pay for the same buffet, we were forced to choose from a very limited overpriced restaurant menu. The food was disgusting. The extremely processed food ”burger” was still raw in the middle; the hake was aslso still raw in the middle and both had to be sent back to the kitchen. They couldn't even cook the chips. My travel companion said that breakfast in the morning was even more of a disaster - not enough seats for the guests, nor enough food out. Would I stay here again? Well, I used Marriott points, so it was free. If I was paying for it, I'd want my money back.....

Fading. Could be 5 stars but is only 3.5. The staff are nice but the main reason we used to stay here was the pool. However that now does not open until 12..or later some days and it closes at 7pm. Therefore on arrival it was closed and on check out day you cannot use it at all. The bar has no draught beer...just a few bottles and closes at 4 pm. Many people were trying to order during those times but nobody was there to take their orders. Sat and Sun there were 30 people plus on the roof until 8pm and wanted to spend their money but could not! Madness. Some days there was a life guard sitting by an empty pool and other days when the pool was busy..no lifeguard. The Aircon works but is noisy. The TV is an antique and most channels do not work. There was a heatwave but you get one free water each on day one but no more than that even if you pay for 7 or 14 nights. Wifi works but you have to login everyday. Hotel is in a great place but Las Palmas is noisy, dusty and a little fragrant at times! If the main company, Eurostars would look afresh here and spend some money on a refresh then this could be a 5 star. Until then we will stay elsewhere, most probably.

The beds were very uncomfortable or I would of returned to the hotel the beds moved on wheels and were very squeaky even if moved slightly , I did mention but they didn’t seem bothered , also the family pool bar staff never acknowledged you standing there just ignored you whilst putting out glasses we were all inclusive and hardly had any drinks the children’s entertainment staff were excellent but not much in kids club going on location was ok needed a bus though

酒店非常認真地執行下午三點入住政策令人印象深刻。給我的房間是最右邊的一間，我要在酒店走很多路 因為這是一個巨大的酒店。還有二段樓梯。前台沒看見我拿着巨大的行李箱？很高興他可能認為我是年輕人。前台的幾位先生還是很熱情的。房間也夠大。酒店位置也可以，步行去英人海灘大約15分鐘左右，酒店沒有停車場，需要停馬路邊，早餐很豐盛。

We stayed from 1-12. May in the hotel in Maspalomas and we were really looking forward to this vacation. The hotel is perfectly located, the staff at the hotel is super friendly and helpful. .However, we unfortunately had to realize that there were a few points during the entire stay that took away some of the holiday feeling - A construction site at the hotel that woke us up every day with the construction noise - No advance information that the electricity in the hotel will be switched off on May 10th, so full use of the room was not possible - Before arrival we had to proactively approach the hotel to receive information regarding check in / check in code - In November we sent them an email about adjusting the room and never received an answer, which is a shame. In general, we noticed that communication and customer service has decreased, which is a real shame, it takes away so much of the anticipation of the holidays and the charm of the hotel itself, because we have recommended the hotel to our friends in the past and would like to continue to do so. We also tried to contact them after our stay but never heard back from them.

Housekeeping was excellent including ample supply of bath beach & poolside towels. Breakfast was good excellent service & setting. Roof top panoramic views. The 3 pools, whirlpool & surrounds were v clean & well maintained. The evenings in the roof top lounge sipping cocktails idyllic

It’s in an ideal location. 200 metres from the Canteras beach and 400 metres from Santa Catalina bus station which is just beside the cruise terminal. The commercial centre is 600 metres away. There’s a lot of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets in the immediate surrounding area. A taxi to the old town is 6 Euros. Rooms are modern, clean, have a free safe, mini fridge, complimentary water & toiletries, and a nice bathroom with powerful shower. A quiet room coupled with comfortable beds and great latex pillows meant we got a good night’s sleep. We prepaid breakfast which offered high quality cereals, cold cuts, cheeses, pastries, breads, fruit and some hot options together with juices and coffee. The hotel has left luggage lockers and a courtesy toilet and shower facilities which we appreciated as we had a late flight. Staff were excellent: professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Yes, price is good and to it's location, it is close to shopping centre, restaurants and supermarkets. Staff are helpful. Buffet breakfast is good. Breakfast restaurant is on the top level of this hotel, we can enjoy stunning ocean view and sunlight while having breakfast. It is bonus. However, a minor thing I like to share is during busy morning especially when restaurant is full house, it always running out of coffee cups, juice glasses as well as cereal bowls. I cannot have to wait a long while for these 3 times from my 5 days breakfast. Maybe hotel can put some signage to suggest guests be eco-friendly minded to re-use glass, cup and bowl when refill. As I have seen some have 5 -6 cups and glass on a table. Bed is comfortable, room is clean with basic things you need. Yes, no electric kettle, no slippers as standard 3 stars hotel do. So, I have no complaint. There has no more noise from constructions, as this is my concern after reading other travelers comments in the pass. So I think all is done. Hotel locates next to taxi, bus station but not close to beach area. It's no problem to me for this winter travel. I am very happy for all. Definitely recommend it to others.

PPengguna TetamuFabulous hotel, cannot recommend it highly enough. Great location, just one block from santa Catalina park, over looking the port and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Rooms are stunning and very well appointed, lovely big showers, plenty of hanging space etc. The only slight improvement that could be made is the air conditioning, it's not the greatest and my particular room was particularly warm but reception did give me an extra card so I could leave the electricity on when I left the room and this helped a lot, it took about 24 hours but eventually the temperature came down sufficiently. The roof top bar has some stunning views and is a great place to relax with the drink, the bar staff are great, helpful and friendly an make a pretty good mojito too. The roof top solarium on the other side of the roof could do with a little improvement in terms of furniture but the view is still great and the little pool is a great place to cool your feet after a busy day sight seeing. Breakfast is of very good quality, small selection of hot items but lots of fruit, pastries, cereals, juices etc etc, again the staff here are all friendly and helpful, as they are on reception too. This is a city center hotel and there is no view from many of the windows, mine overlooked a neighbouring apartment block (only a few feet away across a slim courtyard) some look out into an internal courtyard, but the staff, the location and the size and quality of the rooms definitely make up for this and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great base to explore this beautiful island.

MMattCheap and cheerful budget hotel. Pillows are a little strange. Thin sheets (good for the hot climate). Beds not the most comfortable but not the worst. No AC just a fan that’s a bit tired. And the view from the frosted window is a bit depressing. Tv is just Spanish tv. Staff are very friendly and most speak good English. Good for a short stay but I wouldn’t recommend for more than a few nights. Didn’t try the breakfast (reasonably priced) and the bar is only open for that. There are other bars nearby open till small hours though. Fairly safe area but not the prettiest. A 1 min walk to either beach and lots of restaurants. No water produced in the rooms or fridges.

CCoe2023The staff are very friendly but unfortunately the hotel is definitely not the 4 stars it claims to be. The bed/matresses are not 4 star quality, no amenities in the bathroom and very poor sound proofing (could hear conversations in room next door even with all doors/windows closed).
We stayed on an all inclusive basis and found the food selection to be very similar for the entire duration of our stay lacking variation.
Lastly, the evening entertainment will need to be improved. While this is not of great importance to us, I know that this is an important factor for many people seeking these types of accomodation/vacation.

5547deejBasic hotel, cheap, and somewhat dated, but all I needed was a place to sleep while my husband was in hospital close by. Was clean, bathroom was spoiled by the toilet seat being at an angle and shifted suddenly when sat upon. Rather noisy, but city centre, so it came with the territory. Staff were friendly but fairly casual. My main problem was I initially booked for one night, as I had the offer of a room attached to the hospital, but I didn't know when that would be available to me. I explained the situation in my somewhat broken Spanish, and was offered another couple of nights at the hotel. I agreed to one more night, and paid for it. However a couple of hours later (and a couple of hours after hotel check out time) I was contacted by the hospital and offered a room, which was perfect for me. I told Hotel Valencia what had happened, and I would be checking out immediately. I'd expected a refund or at least a part refund as I hadn't stayed for the second night, although the room had been serviced that morning (still with the toilet seat from hell!) But no, no offer of a refund as a sign of goodwill just a casual goodbye. I realise technically they were within their rights to keep my payment but I was disappointed that they didn't waive my bill in view of my very stressful circumstances. Very disappointed at their attitude.

PPengguna TetamuEl apartamento esá muy bien situado, sobre todo si vas en carnavales, pues en la misma plaza se encentra el escenario donde se celebran los actos más significativos de estas fiestas. el apartamente en si es muy pequeño,pero bueno, lo justo para pasar unos días, está cerca de la playa de las canteras y al lado de la estación de autobuses. lo que no nos gusto nada y lo aviso para futuros clientes, fue el calentador del agua, es super pequeño y no da tiempo ni a duch**** una persona, te tienes que duchar estilo mili y uno or la mañana y otropor la noche, porque ya te digo que no da para nada. en recepción nos atendieron don señoras, una de ellas, la más mayor fue un poco, bastante seca, la verdad, con lo agradable que son los canarios.... la otra mujer fue bastante más agradable y poco más, en el aprtamento hay menaje para dos, en el que estuvimos nostros había sacacrochos, que hay mucho apartamentos que no lo tienen. en definitiva, un buen sitio para pasar unos días, pero no para irte de vacaciones.
