Super base camp for island travellers, huge apartments, very nice pool and pool bar area recommended

Hotel was clean, apartments are very spacious including balcony. All rooms are Seaview. Beds are comfi too. All receptionist are super cool and very helpful. Apartment could do with a little renovating. Apartment could do with an oven also around swimming pool could do with a little renovating as you can see like mould from the water on the edges of pool. I think dinner and breakfast for adult is too expensive. Overall I would visit again.

Todo perfecto lo único que destacaría a mejorar es la decoración del apartamento (cortinas y colchas) lo hacen anticuado y no lo es y el menaje de cocina es demasiado justo no había ni tijeras, ni un cazo....

Me encanta es la segunda vez que voy,los apartamento son bastante amplios,las instalaciones están muy bien aunque les haría falta hacer reformas ya q se ven un poco deteriorados ,en cuestión de limpieza y empleados son buenísimos,lo que no nos gustó fueron las formas en las que nos hablo una de las camareras del bar piscina,por todo lo demás volvería sin dudar

We enjoyed our stay at bluebay, friendly staff both in the reseption, store, restaurant and housekeepers. We slept nice and tight. Loved to have a bathtub for our child! The outdoorareas is stunning, and both the pools have been clean and nice. A bit cold to take a swim in march but on the hottest days we went in! Things that could be improved or enlighten. - A playground for children would have been great, but TUI hotels does have one so it’s fine to take a walk downtown.

We had two weeks here over Christmas and New year. Nice quiet location in a less busy part of the island as we wanted. Beautiful sea and pool area views. Reception very helpful every request was met Javier and Maria are very helpful.Very polite and good English spoken.I requested a put up bed for my teenage son as he's a big lad and we had that set up in the living space which was so helpful and really good service thanks Blue Bay beach! The hotel rooms and balcony are massive so we had enough space. Lots of wardrobes space and plug sockets mirrors.Massive comfortable bed clean sheets.Celing fan and air con.Black out curtains.We stayed in 516 so had the sun from 830am to 730pm.BLISS ! Yes some of the decor/woodwork is dated but it's clean and cleaners come most days. One thing I'd say is if you have an issue more towels/soap/pillows, just ask politely and it's resolved! We had the international channels as extra which was OK the Internet not great all the time but its the same in other places on the canary islands. Lots of sun loungers clean and save for children pool table ping pong.I has my nails done with Rachel as the beauty spa very relaxing lovely lady great communication to book the appointment would reccomend. Immaculate Gardens very beautiful hotel. Pool bar serves drinks and snack food good quality. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from a square of decent restaurants.Bit more expensive than Maspalomas or Puerto Rico but still we ate well 3 people for about 60 euros each night with soft drinks.The resort is quiet with a rocky beach that can be dangerous if the tide is strong.Visit maspalomas or playa ingles for sandy beach near by.Beware of the nudist as Maspalomas if that's not your thing! Buses are good and cheap overall fab holiday weather was wonderful would reccomend this hotel for a peaceful break.We ate at the restaurant buffet only once at the hotel.It was over priced but decent enough.We would return to this hotel again.

Wow what a fantastic hotel 😊Where do l start.Everything is brilliant here.Any bad reviews totally ignore them please,we stay at many hotels & this is one of the best hotels we have stayed at.We are here now & are definitely going to come back & we never normally do this but the place & staff are amazing. The apartment we are staying in is amazing. It is spotlessly clean & absolutely lovely the terrace is massive with the best sea view you could dream of,right on the sea. The apartment is very big-they provide a cooker hob-microwave -kettle-toaster-coffee machine-dishwasher-very big fridge & freezer & apartment is fully equipped with all the utensils that you could ask for. The bathroom is amazing also has shower & bath & water is piping hot,everything is so beautiful 😍. The maid comes everything day & is very friendly & makes our apartment spotless everytime. All the staff are super friendly & very helpful 👍.We have bed & breakfast & what l joy it is to go down to breakfast to be greeted by Leo what l lovely lady xx.The food is absolutely gorgeous 😍. Lots of free parking at the hotel. We hired a car but buses & taxes very cheap. This hotel,you are near all the attractions within half hour & the hotel is only 15 minutes away from the airport.All the guests are of different ages & everyone is so relaxed taking in the beauty of the hotel & the wonderful staff making everyone's stay so great,a big thankyou to you all & you should all be proud of yourselves. hotel is amazing & so peaceful day & night. We've just got home from a fabulous week at this hotel with 3 young children. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, self catering. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the apartment and it had everything we needed to self cater. The apartments were spotless along with the rest of the hotel. The views were simply beautiful, we've never stayed anywhere with views like that before, and we will struggle to find anywhere with views as impressive. There was no fights for sunbeds as there were plenty and the pool area was spotless. Pool a little on the cool side but to be expected in March. Our children swam every day though and it didn't bother them at all. In terms of the local area there isn't a great deal to do, a short walk away is a small square with 3 or 4 different restaurants, all of which were lovely to eat at. This was perfect for a week away but any longer and we might have wanted something more. We would definitely return in the future. Special family holiday memories made.
