First time in Mauritius and could not have chosen a better spot to start our honeymoon. The service is excellent in every way. Thank you Yashil for your consistent attention to detail and friendly interactions, I have some tips I could learn from you! Thank you Maya and the rest of the Bravo team for making the resort so fun and welcoming. Thank you to the kitchen and restaurant staff for your cuisine and efficient hosting, we were catered to every second of our stay. We even had dinner waiting for us when we only arrived at 11:15pm due to flight delays. And lastly thank you to all the water sport and water activity staff - we have learnt so much about your marine life and appreciate the knowledge you shared and the inviting attitude that made sure we did not miss out on anything. See you again soon!

We had the most lovely stay at Mauricia. It most certainly did not feel like a four star hotel. The warmth of the staff and food were on par with the 5 plus star hotels. We had a beachfront room with one cot and another bed for my two kids. Room was very clean and cozy for the family with easy access to the beach. Special commendations to the staff of the kids club, Miss Pascaline and Veena, the kids were always looking to go the kids club during our 3 day stay. They loved their time so much there, they still waking to the song "let's go to the kids club" We had the pleasure to talk to the chef of the main restaurant, he sent special off menu French Fries and chicken strips, much to the delight of the kids. Food was perfectly seasoned and we had a broad choice of fresh products to choose from. To note we had the glass bottom and snorkeling with the help of the Skipper, we had the kids and ourselves swim with the fishes. We are looking to treat ourselves very soon to another stay at Mauricia

I've already stayed three times at the Mauricia Beachcomber hotel. It is an excellent hotel with great service. The room was very clean and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast and diner were delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient, and helpful. Special thanks to Mr.Vikash, the cashier/waiter for his attention to details and his commitments to customer satisfaction truly made our experience memorable. The kids enjoyed their activities at the Kids Club, and they were very fond of the teachers,Devina and Geraldine. What impressed me the most is that no matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. "Hospitality, kindness, cleanliness, and service were there as expected. I had a very pleasant stay.

The first thing which came into our mind before choosing the hotel was that we are definitely going for a Beachcomber one..Mauricia Hotel and its staff proved us right in terms of customer excellence ,quality and variety of food and entertaiment also...Special thanks to Mr Varoon,Mr Riaan ,Mr Sawan and Mr Abdel @ Nautic Resto for understanding us Mauritian despite being fully booked and gave us a wonderful 3 course menu..Many thanks to Ms Sharon who served us two days at the Quai Resto..she dealt with us with much patience..my sister was very slow in eating..Thanks to both Mister who made our omelettes veg and Nveg in the morning..they both managed really well despite the queue and one even provided his quick service to a woman with a baby in her hand..Thanks to the Reception Team for the late check out..we wanted to enjoy a little more being together as a family..Definitely trying another Beachcomber in the coming months...

Our stay at Le Mauricia was amazing. The service was excellent, and the staffs were incredibly friendly and respectful. Vinay, the bar manager, ensured we had a great experience at the bar by offering their best cocktails. Additionally, Naresh and Nitin always made sure we were enjoying our stay. Pamela, the housekeeper, ensured that our room was always clean and fresh. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for our honeymoon at Le Mauricia, and we highly recommend it.

We had a super time at the hotel. The food was nice and the staff was very welcoming, especially Ahmed, Dhunjay and Vinay. One area of improvement may be to vary the breakfast options. We celebrated the birthday of my wife and the hotel gave a decent birthday cake as a surprise.
