Bas dari lapangan terbang ke hotel sangat mudah. Pemandu sangat bersemangat untuk membantu dengan bagasi, dan daftar masuk juga cepat. Bilik hotel bersih dan kemas. Walaupun berdekatan dengan lapangan terbang, rasanya tidak terlalu bising.

Lokasi yang hebat dan perkhidmatan ulang-alik yang mudah ke lapangan terbang! Hanya tinggal selama satu malam, tetapi tidak mempunyai aduan :)

Had an absolute wonderfull stay, did several daytrips within the US out of lax. Landed in the morning the shuttle came within 10 minutes, landed at night the same. Only the last day It took the shuttle too long, so I decided to take the 15 min walk to the airport. The room was very clean and much specious. Room got cleaned everyday. There is a bus arround the corner to UCLA region and santa Monica. Aswell downtown reachable in 40 min by bus or 15 min by car. Overall great experience would recommend and definitely visit again the next time I'm in LA.

It is very proper for the one who waiting for the flight. There are staff to help carry luggage. and free shuttle to the airport and the room is big love it

I don’t have anything really bad to say about the room. It’s got a great location next to the airport. The rental car companies aren’t far away. The shuttle bus is very convenient. But overall the room isn’t anything special and works for a one or two night stay if you are arriving at LAX and need to get situated.

The view of this place is stunning,it fits a perfect location and a pictureq view.Soft bed.

Great location for Los Angeles Airport. Parking is next door unless you can afford valet parking

Hotel for 1 night stay in you have transfer. Otherwise not recommend, room pretty old and not clean enough

Great stay. Very close to the airport. The only thing I would change would be the tv in the room and the bathroom needs a vent. The tv screen was too small.

Check-in was simple and the main floor entry was clean. The hallways on the floors with the rooms need a tidy up and the carpet restrecthed. The room I was in, 1225, was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and the amenities in the room were fine. Small fridge, a couple bottles of water, two tea bags-could have used more and a coffee machine. Also, there was a hair dryer and a wall mounted magnifying mirror in the bathroom. The food choices were decent from, a deli counter with fresh cooked pizza, a cocktail lounge and a proper restaurant. Overall, it was a reasonably priced hotel very close to LAX, surprisingly quiet, decent food options and friendly staff. I would stay there again.

This Hotel is not far from the hotel but the shuttle service sucks. The drivers instead of driving closer where waiting passengers are standing, drive in the 3rd lane and your waiting in excess of 20 minutes or more for a shuttle. Got to the hotel and and 2 days out if 5 we didn’t want room service but in the 3rd day we let the maid clean the room we came back and was greeted by a baby roach crawling on the desk. I went in the bathroom cut on the like and another roach ran across the floor. I almost sprain my ankle trying to kill it. At this point we told the manager he moved us to a higher floor which he called an executive suite but it was the same room on a different floor which is ok as long as there are no buggers near. We stayed a night and was ok. On the last night a roach came from the same area as it did downstairs. We felt like maybe this hotel is infested . I stay at a lot of 3-4 star hotels and never had this happen over the years . This is a first and it’s disgusting. This hotel do have a lot of guest and looking at the crowd . I can see why they may want yo upgrade pest control services. The hotel rooms need work and are outdated. I was disappointed and I feel bad at the same time I stay in a lot of hotels and never had to write such a bad review, but if I can inform future patrons do they are at least informed and their trip isn’t ruined over a pricey hotel with a bug problem.

Very convenient location, especially when very tired after arriving on a long flight

I have changed a room because of leaking water from the bathroom. Everything was bad on me accept with location.
