Best hospitality ever experienced Last year my husband & I visited the hotel for our honeymoon, we decided to celebrate our anniversary dinner at their new pan asian restaurant Asiya We are thankful to the whole team at the hotel in making our moments spent there incredible Special thanks to Mrs Appadoo Thanaluchumee from Guest Relations team who assisted me through my entire booking process and made everything easy Looking forward to visit again soon

Came for our honeymoon from 13th to 15th of Aug 2024 and stayed in suite 306,the 2 nights we stayed were flawless. Checkin was lovely, we had to buy trousers for my husband for dinner as he had only shorts, size was perfect but length wasn't , Michaela from the shop voluntarily adjusted the length and send the trousers to our room. Moving on to food and beverage team, Vijay from La Goélette was very nice, helpful and made sure we were alright. Kevin from room service was courteous. The following night we had dinner in Asiya restaurant, spoke to one of the Chef, can't remember his name, I requested to add tofu to my dinner,despite not having it in the Asiya restaurant, to my surprise i got served a scrumptious tofu padthai. Food service was really nice, special mention to Prakash who went to the extra mile during service. We wish to thank the sommelier, she was very charming and was very helpful. All staffs we've met in the restaurant, be it for breakfast and dinner were exceptional, they all knew our name and took good note I was vegetarian. Moving on to other staffs from spa boathouse and beach boy Davisen were all exquisite. Being a Mauritian, i really appreciated we were treated equally and we felt important as I've had experience where i was treated differently. Writing this review was a must. Hats off to all staffs members.

Perfect luxurious stay! Lovely resort, feel like a VIP all the time, pampered, everybody knew our name. Love the Tropical suite, the stairs to the pool and beach were perfect! Great food, Michelin stars, perfect service, great beach team , very attentive! Breakfast in suite was so convenient. Hope to come back soon :)

Amazing stay, beautiful hotel! We chose the Royal Palm for a couple of nights on our current trip to Mauritius, it really was lovely, the initial attention and welcome is fantastic, the grounds are beautiful, small boutique resort which is exactly what we like, beautiful beach area, nice boutique shop (reasonable and quality items) the gym was spectacular and the Spa amazing, in particular my Reflexology session with Prada was fantastic, the best I’ve had in a long time. The Kids club is also one of the best we’ve experienced in a long time, if you have kids aged 3-10 it’s perfect, the girls there are so warm and helpful and did loads of activities with my 2 kiddies age 6 and 9, my 2 loved it and couldn’t get enough of going there which is so close to the rooms so you feel safe and comfortable letting them be free to go, it’s also open to 10pm which was just amazing and me and the hubby had a real chance to just relax knowing they were having fun! We loved it so much that we will be back, very soon! It’s comfortable, chic and a place to fully relax and be pampered with 5 star service.

The hotel is simply gorgeous, when I return to Mauritius, I will 100% go there again ! Food, service, restaurants and rooms , everything is at the highest level! the best beach in Mauritius! Everything about this hotel is fabulous. The staff (all of them). The restaurants (we were on half board which I very much recommend..unlike other hotels, the HB choice at the Royal Palm was extensive and excellent). The beach (surely the best in Mauritius). The rooms (fantastic). I honestly could not fault it. The GM came to greet us when we arrived. Simple, but such a lovely touch. As I said to Amrit, the Head of Concierge, as soon as I arrived I wanted to come back again. It was that good. We’re coming back..!

We had an amazing time at Royal Palm. The beach is very beautiful with crystal clear water, soft white sand and swimming in a calm lagoon. Honestly, one of the best beaches attached to a hotel I ever have visited and I have travelled all over the world..The service at the beach was great, very comfortable chairs. We also went on snorkeling boat twice which we really enjoyed and staff at the boathouse were great. The breakfast was great with high quality, even a glass of champagne. The view from breakfast is honestly to die for. Room is very nice decorated with elegant colours and bed the most comfortable at our Mauritius holiday. Housekeeping did a great job. Every day fresh in all certain ways and nothing forgotten. I would honestly say this is one of the best hotels I visited world wide. There are only a few hotels which make you such relaxed and happy and a feeling of never want to leave. I really do hope I come back one day even if trip from Sweden is long, it will be worth it. Thank you to guest relations Caroline who made our anniversary and my partners 50th celebration at same tome, memorable with efforts from hotel side. We really appreciate it. My best recommendations, go to Royal Palm for a memorable holiday with the best beach.

This hotel was fantastic. It had the WOW factor, from the moment you arrived you had a personal service, and nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and the chef really excelled. The hotel was immaculate, and the gardens beautifully manicured. It was our special wedding anniversary and they made a lovely decoration on the bed and filled the bath with rose petals. Anice touch! You would get complimentary sorbets on the beach and free water bottles in ice buckets that they refilled during the day. The spa area was lovely in which to relax. They had a number of wellbeing classes over the week which we attended and this was a great start to the day and the instructors were very knowledgeable. My husband paid for a personal training session with Yassin which was excellent and Yassin wrote everything down after the session and sent it via email so there was a programme for my husband to follow. I want to give a special mention to both Sepaul and Akash who provided excellent customer service in the restaurant. The hotel was quite quiet but it was in their winter period but this was not an issue for us. There was entertainment each evening with various bands and singers all of a high quality. Overall, I would say that this is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in and if you want something very special then this is your hotel.

This was an amazing place, beautiful beaches, delicious food, nice pools, good range of activities available and a lovely spa. The resort had really thought of everything, and anything else you requested was never too much trouble. The staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome and special. I would recommend it to anyone, and we will definitely be returning in the future if we can. Five stars, if you have the chance, go!
