Feed Back Club Med la Pointe aux canonniers île Maurice Club exceptionnel !!! De retour à Marseille après 12 j au club la pointe où nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire Nous étions une famille de 5 adultes et 2 enfants (13mois et 3ans) Nous avons tous été enchanté par ce club. Olivier chef de village, formidable, accessible et très présent ! Son équipe de GO au top entre autre Julien, Byron, Giovanni, Hadj,Luca, Juliette au mini club etc...et tous ceux dont je ne me rpl plus les prénoms mais tous formidables Un choix d activité innombrables que ce soit terrestre ou nautique, des spectacles de qualité. Une des meilleures table par la qualité et la diversité des buffets La soirée blanche Magique !!!! La gentillesse des mauriciens et tant d autres choses ... Tout était réuni pour que nous passions des vacances réussies et inoubliables Nous y retournerons avec un immense plaisir

We checked in for a day package on 27 September 2024. The moment we were asked to complete the forms at the security and were escored by the latter to the reception, I knew we were in for a differerent kind of treatment. At the reception, Mr. Ajay was clearly annoyed that we did not print our voucher and was even more annoyed when we asked him to explain to us details of our package. He did not even care to hide it and spoke to us in a very condescending tone. Fast foward, we went to the bar to ask for coffee and one of your staff came to us and told us we could serve ourselves from a machine. There was no one apart us on the bar, so whats the point? - "You want coffee? Please serve yourself! " We felt bad about asking for coffee, which we already paid for! Now the attitude of your barmen is another level of rudeness i had yet to witness to this day. The barmen are rude and have no interest in serving you when solicited. All they do is make fun of foreigner clients in creole language. This is very offputting and makes me wonder why would such people want to work in hospitality in the first place if they have no clue what it is. Staff or Managers were not seen on the premises to talk to clients or take feedback from them. You are basically invisible and on your own. The hotel's reception area is gloomy and is in serious need of a renovation. Many of the lockers that you provide to your clients are also broken and need to be repaired as this is very unsafe. Food at the buffet is lacking in quality and variety. Cannot comment on the drinks because we did not get them since we were repulsed by the attitude of your barmen. Otherwise, minus the lack of hospitality - the hotel is lovely with lots of greenery and is situated near a beach with beautiful turquoise waters. This is the worst experience we've had on a day package and we have been to several 4 star hotels in Mauritius. I regret having spent my hard earned money at Club Med Pointe aux Cannoniers so please be wary, think well and save your money and go to Club Med Albion instead, which is far more superior!

We had an amazing holiday. Our room was awesome, a deluxe interconnecting room, ground floor close to the Zen pool. Mahen at the Zen pool bar is so friendly, many can learn from him. I would recommend another chef to help at egg station during breakfast, also a bigger dish for bacon, it was finished almost every morning. Bookings for the snorkeling is quite difficult, you have to book at 16:15 for the next day and when you get there at 16:15 all the slots are already filled for the next day. Nevertheless, we had an amazing holiday and we’ll definitely return!

Wonderful place for a holiday. Very relaxing and a beautiful setting. Mauritius is a perfect place for a break.

“My trip to Club Med in Mauritius was nothing short of amazing! Every day was packed with activities, from early morning water skiing and a great breakfast to some afternoon sailing. I even got in a game of tennis before dinner! The evenings were a blast with different parties each night, and the GO teams were incredibly helpful and friendly—something I haven’t experienced anywhere else. Special shoutout to Rizzi and Sohail for making the trip extra special. If you’re looking for a place where you can stay active and have fun, this is it! Ps although parties were amazing , they are not as lively as some young travellers might expect

Long distance vacation (numerous time zones, zet lag+), but worth it (beautiful country, gracious citizens, and fun excursions ).

Everything is excellent..., the attention of all the staff spectacular, specially Shahil... The hotel is beautiful, all the foods, drinks and shows wonderful. The pools are incredible, specially the zen one. The beach is a dream... Our group of Argentiniansfelt at home. Thank you very much everyone. Marita.

My daughters and I had an excellent time at this Club Med. Previously we have stayed at La Plantation d'Albion but were drawn here by the stunning beach. We were certainly not disappointed, Fabulous rooms over looking the beach and zen pool kept in perfect order by housekeeping. Fun towel art every day. All the GE's at the bars went beyond the call of duty knowing what we would drink at a pace of 100 meters away. Our contact point Tan was most helpful. Very professional. Good luck Tan on the Club Med 2 you will be amazing. Also big thanks to the excursion team who helped us pick the right excursion that would suit us all. Luca was the main man whilst the CDV was away. He was everywhere! I think he has a super power that moves him round the extensive site at the speed of sound. If he is not CDV very soon Club Med will be missing out. He is a highly professional and committed young man. Utterly charming. We did meet Olivier the CDV and spent a little time with him. This is not something that often happens to GM's from England so it made a delightful change. The show were the usual apart from the quiz evening and memories evening. The GM's were involved without the ritual embarrassment of having to go on the stage. Great fun!! The night bar and beach bar were also highlights of our stay. Thank you all

I was there for a day package with family. Heard a lot about #ClubMed which was the total opposite. Hotel staffs were cold, day package guests were treated and greeted differently. Lunch was in varieties but taste average. Hotel facilities were basic and hotel accessories were moulded. Not worth a 4 star hotel. It has only a big name in 'so on 'acres land. Worst experience ever. We would never recommend. It's high time they renovate and invest in human capital. Worst Worst Worst experience ever!!!!
