Misleading Information, Rude Staff, and Refund Refusal I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. We didn’t even end up staying because of how poorly we were treated. Upon check-in, the front desk employee tried charging us $20 per day for parking, despite the website clearly stating that parking is free. When we questioned this, the employee was rude and dismissive. We even contacted Hilton customer service, and their representative confirmed that the website states free parking. The Hilton rep argued with the hotel employee, who refused to listen and resorted to yelling at us instead of resolving the issue professionally. To make matters worse, the hotel refused to refund our money even though Hilton customer service confirmed they were able to do so. Thankfully, Hilton customer service was extremely helpful—they refunded our money and assured us they were starting an investigation into this property’s behavior. This experience was completely unacceptable. If a hotel cannot honor its advertised policies or treat its guests with respect, it should not be allowed to carry the Hilton name. Recommendation: Avoid this hotel at all costs. Hilton customer service was excellent, but this property is a nightmare.
