Beberapa keluarga saya dan saya mengembara ke Grapevine, Tx untuk perlawanan Dallas Cowboy vs NY Giants yang akan datang pada Okt 2020. Saya mesti mengatakan bahawa ia adalah, sememangnya, PENGINAPAN PENUH YANG HEBAT di hotel ini!! Profesionalisme, layanan mesra dan rasa hormat adalah SPOT ON! Lokasi adalah AWESOME...sangat dekat dengan membeli-belah dan pelbagai kedai makan (sebenarnya dalam jarak berjalan kaki)! Selain itu, HATS OFF ke restoran Bonnie dan Clyde yang terletak di dalam hotel. Makanan, minuman dan KHIDMAT PELANGGAN adalah HEBAT ♥️🍸🥩🍲♥️! Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah tidak mempunyai microwave di dalam bilik. Selain daripada itu, hotel ini adalah tempat penginapan yang HEBAT dan PENUH Kecantikan sama ada untuk perniagaan atau untuk beriadah.

This hotel has good bones and the rooms are decent. There are some updates, but they are still showing some age in the kitchen and bathroom areas. We had an issue at check in with our room type that Anton quickly resolved beyond our expectations. He made our stay so memorable and won over my two year old daughter during our week long stay. Housekeeping is amazing at this property and despite the wear and tear on the rooms, they never felt dirty. The location was okay, but we did feel we needed to travel a bit to do much of anything including dining. The mall closed so early that if you wanted a quick dinner, you had to travel a few miles to grab something other than chipotle or chick fil a. I would stay here again because of Anton’s amazing service. Thanks for a memorable week!

Had an amazing visit…the king suite with balcony was perfect! So very spacious with the full bathroom off the bedroom and half bath in the living area. Quick check-in process with the friendly staff and the evening reception was really good as well. Breakfast was delicious…the made-to-order eggs (omelets) were the best! Definitely looking forward to visiting again when we’re in the Dallas area!

Excellent location for traveling via DFW. Staff are helpful & professional. Had an issue with the booking but Trip sorted it out within an hour. Highly recommended stay, good food too with a wide selection of choices for breakfast. The small shoppe in the lobby serves light meals that’s ideal if you’re in a hurry. Will stay there again 😊

This hotel was clean and comfortable and reasonably priced for the area. There are several good places to eat within easy walking distance and it is an easy drive to Main Street, Grapevine. However, besides having a readily available shuttle to the airport, the shuttle is also available to run you to the restaurants or into Grapevine. Perhaps the best reason for the 5 stars is, we had a 3 night reservation, made using a third party site. Our plans changed and we needed to leave after 2 nights. The front desk worked with us, eventually being able to cancel our 3rd night, refund our money, keep the good nightly rate we had found online for the 2 nights we stayed, and lastly have a late check-out to accommodate our new travel schedule. Absolutely, above and beyond customer service from the front desk, shuttle service and breakfast buffet staff.
