Good hotel for the piece. Could be cleaner and service from staff could be better. Cannot complain for the price though. Also had a nice lakeside view. Would stay again :)

Tres belle suite familiale, bon rapport qualité prix. Proche de l'autoroute sans le bruit, très beau lac et bois alentours.
Les points négatifs : le bar fermé à 22h ...Aucun service restauration après 21h30... La réservation par carte Visa n'a pas été confirmée ce qui a occasionné un stress de dernière minute.

The service and staff attitude was something else. On arrival we where told there was no bar for between 7.45 and 9pm but we could order off a set menu that had been arranged for a function that was going on, but the person on the desk stated but I don’t know how much it is !! I then asked as it was 7.30 and food stopped at 7.45 could we order then pop our bags to the room. To be told no we were too late.

Great hotel but doesn't seem like any attention or maintenence is done to the place. The grounds are lovely and the staff were brilliant. However, the room was very dated with brown decor and brown tiles in the bathroom. The bed base was broken and the matress had springs sticking up so very uncomfortable, especially when 7 months pregnant. The bathroom door also couldn't be closed properly. There were bulbs out in our room and bathroom and the bulbs that did work were very dull. The doors leading out to the grounds was lovely but the dampness and condensation needs to be sorted. The room had 2 large desks but both were very sticky and even looked like the damp had gotten into them. This hotel has potential to be amazing if there was more care and attention to detail.

The check in was fast and easy, the room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately there was no towels but I asked the room attendant who was more than happy to immediately resolve the issue . I would have liked to explore the lake but couldn't find the entrance, beautiful view

It was ok, very dated rooms even down to the toilet roll as thin as tracing paper, could improve the breakfast, bar area very basic and staff don’t look happy.
Stayed there 28 years ago for our honeymoon and still the same, shame as the view of the lake is beautiful.
