The service was awesome the person checking me in was very polite. However I was hoping to receive at least a partial refund because I only occupied the hotel for an hour but other than everything was extraordinary!

Lokasi Hotel ini hebat. Terdapat banyak restoran berhampiran, pusat membeli-belah yang sangat dekat, dan terletak betul-betul di antara pusat membeli-belah dan coliseum. Meja depan / resepsi sangat ramah tetapi mungkin lebih cepat dengan daftar masuk dan sebenarnya tidak ada kemudahan. Tetapi lebih dari semua kakitangan ramah biliknya sangat bersih dan penginapan kami hebat.

After long travelling from NJ, we arrived at the property around 3:05 PM on July, 18th, 2022. Looking around the property from our car, it indicated to us that the property has been under constructions as well as ”NEW” management - - - It used to be Ramada. We then proceeded to the front Lobby and met with a friendly lady (name: Alise). To make a long story short, she advised us that rooms in the third floor have been renovated as shown in the property website ('New Photo'). She assigned us to room #307, and we inspected the room prior to bring our belongings into the room. . . . We determined that the room was acceptable to our expectations. After having breakfast on July 19th, 2022, we packed our belongings to transfer into another hotel where our daughter's swimming team would be staying. In conclusion, We are happy to stay at this property. Please note and be patient as the property is renovated for better experiences to all of you. . . .

Loved my stay at Clarion Point Airport!! Shortly after arrival I received a text from the front desk regarding there being warm cookies made and available. I just want to say, the cookies were Delicious 😋. Very delicious!! The front desk staff, dining room and housekeeping staff were very friendly and it was so nice to see genuine, smiling faces. Sorry Doubletree Inn, but they were better!! My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The fitness center had modern equipment and I was very happy to see that there were clean, plush towels, and cleansing wipes provided. There are also TV’s in the fitness center but I did not utilize them. I just want to emphasize that I found their breakfast to be great! From the real, nicely seasoned eggs, to the sausage, bagels, yogurt, toppings, beverages, etc. There was great variety!! I look forward to staying again.

Convenient location, slightly dated furnishings, but very clean. An extremely friendly staff with a very good complimentary breakfast buffet. Enjoyed the mulberry trees, too. The HVAC was kind of noisy, but the beds were comfortable and there was no noise from the nearby interstate during the night.

First, I have to say Adeebah was phenomenal! Every hotel needs an Adeeba. The rest of the staff I encountered needs training. Checked in Wed. eve. Thurs. morn I told THREE people at the front desk the desk chair was broken and the toilet seat wasn't attached to the toilet. All 3 assured me they would take care of it. Thurs. eve, back at hotel, nothing was corrected. Told Deedra, she came up with a different chair and promised the toilet seat would be corrected. It was. Friday afternoon, sitting at desk I see ants, MANY ants and there was absolutely NO food in the room. Go downstairs, see Deedra, show her the small towel with many ants. She calls to a man, Teddy to look at what I am showing her. He yells back at her ”You take care of it, I don't want to deal with it.” Teddy is the GM. Deedra switches rooms, went from 209 to 229. Leave room, take stairs to go down, large cockroach at top of stairwell. I terminated him. Ants on washcloth: Take a good look at that washcloth. I pulled it off the rack to trap the ants. See the stains on the cloth? That's how they hung it on the towel rack.
