Das Hotelzimmer war schön gestaltet und entsprach den Bildern aus dem Internet. Man konnte konnte rund um die Uhr kostenlos parken. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Amazing boutique hotel. The decor and design is very modern. The beds are really comfortable and the rooms are really clean. Great place and reasonably priced. The restaurant is amazing too as the food is delicious. Would highly recommend.

Hotel Das Eckert, breakfast was very good, this was expected as they also have a fine dining restaurant integrated into the hotel. Unfortunately they had an outside catering and dinner was not available. We booked the room because of the restaurant. Approx. 7 km from Basel. We ate at the old town in Basel which was lovely. Room pictures were a bit more promising then the room itself but still better than the average.

Cozy hotel with a great quality/price ratio. Well connected with the city of Basel (20min by bus from the front door of the hotel). Basic gym but good enough for a short stay, great breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff!

We stayed here in order to be close to Basel, and could not have chosen better, as the bus stop was just a few metres away. Lovely room and facilities.

Stunning property and only a 20 min bus ride in to bern. Also for me added bonus of free ev charging. The room was ultra modern with everything you needed. Pool looked refreshing and inviting but never had time to use it. Breakfast was fantastic and tasteful.

We had an overnight stay on a Monday. It had three EV chargers. The restaurant was closed but we were told of the options including their sister hotel 10 mins away. We drove their for a meal. It was excellent. The service in both hotels was excellent. We don’t speak German. Their English was excellent. We’d definitely go again and have already recommended it to a friend as a stop over on the way to Italy.

We were here for the sixth and last time. During the booking process I asked if they could secure a charging point for my Tesla. Didn't hear anything so I sent them a message with the same request a day before arrival. Again, zero reaction. Upon arrival all three charging points were occupied, two of them with petrol cars. In the next early morning two places were free, most likely these cars were from guests having dinner in their one Michelin star restaurant. Obviously the profit from dining guestsis higher than the profit from hotel guests. The third one was still charging the same car which shouldn't be allowed. The parking lot was more than full, so we had to park elsewhere. In short, we will skip this hotel from now. To the manager: please fool other guests, we are done with you.

We booked a room on **********. The room we were given had nothing to do with what we paid for, and we changed rooms after given a dirty room with no designer lamps, and bed side lamps were missing. It looked like they were doing work in the room and last minute decided to move out because there was a booking. Terrible pillows, horrible blankets, not what normal respectable hotels would use, especially when you are promoting yourself as such. The management has deliberately put wrong pictures on the internet, because they only show pictures of one building, which is less horrible. The one we stayed in is only partially shown, but in actual fact looks like it is about to be demolished. Inside there was work going on, walls were dirty and virtually no decoration on them. Ceiling lights did not wok, fridge neither. We tried to have a coffee in the entrance of the building but a worker told us it was not working...went to mention it and got attitude back from a stressed out concierge, who had no empathy for people who are on holiday, having a bad time in her mismanaged hotel! We just asked for refund and left. Life is too short for bad attitude in hotels that lie to clients about what they offer. Disgraceful.

I booked two adults and a kid...when i went there wasnt extra bed in the room...they took after few minutes
