Premier Inn Grimsby

We had a great 2 night stay atttending a nearby wedding. Staff are friendly and the rooms comfy and clean. Excellent value for money. Easily accessible and perfectly placed. Dedicated taxi service line which we used to get to and from the wedding. Pub next door serving food and a greggs around the corner for a snack.

Staff are friendly and always helpful. Menu choices have been cut back for evening meals brilliant breakfast, restaurant looking tired and bedrooms could do with an extra comfy chair. Building outside could do with a bit of TLC

This hotel is consistently great. Rooms are always clean and to a high standard. Available wifi and decent restaurant right next door. Great access to Grimsby town centre. I often use this hotel whilst working shifts nearby. The staff are always friendly and helpful. In particular I recently dealt with Ellie and Gemma who went to great lengths to deal with last minute changes which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommended for a great sleep!

The large double was immaculately clean with a really comfortable, clean bed. Had a great quiet nights sleep. Great shower and a good sized TV. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for money all round!

The rooms where thoroughly and to an amazing standing by Courtney , she was very helpful bringing tea and coffee as and when needed and we are very thankful We had a great time thank you for the hospitality. Will definitely be sure to come and visit again.

Needing to stay a couple of night in Grimsby we found that the Premier Inn met all our requirements. The accommodation was ideally located for our trip. The staff were most accommodating and friendly and the breakfasts were very satisfying.

Had an amazing stay Donna and her team exceptional service friendly and made me feel very welcome no negatives at all anything i needed was no trouble at all lots of refreshments for the room and the room was always spotless the location was good easy access to all major roads and nice and quiet

By far the worst Premiere I have ever stayed in. Staff couldn't care less Room not completed to usual standards. No spare pillows Toilet Tissue holder Empty 2 toilet rolls sat on the bathroom shelf, not Covid friendly as I had no idea who had touched them before me and the person after me had the same problem! No Wifi password available in rooms I assume the desk had it but I was already in my nightwear when I was ready to use Wifi. Room really hot despite the heating turned off. The same problem in the room opposite me where my son was. He opened his window but had to shut it because of the noise. No one on reception in the morning to complain to. Breakfast............... Just go over to Subway or Greggs don't even bother with their breakfast we were actually refunded for that so no need to say any more.

Lady on reception was lovely. So helpful and welcoming - I’m so sorry I didn’t take her name! It was the Saturday 27th January. Room was ready, clean and decent sized too. Easy to call a taxi to get into Cleethorpes or Grimsby from the free telephone on reception that is a direct link. Well placed for what we wanted (Docks Beers) and really reasonably priced.
