Hotel Guadalajara dengan Sarapan

The staff is friendly, the location is great. However, if you are assigned a room close to the elevator, it might be too noisy.

Our 2nd time in the hotel in the past 2 yrs. This time we stayed for 1 night didn't sleep at all due to the street noise until 1 am. They gave us 4th floor where you could hear everything from the busy road. Last time we were in 23rd floor was great. The pillows this time was very small and uncomfortable too. I recommend asking customer which floor they prefer and informing about noise level. Maybe better and bigger pillows should be put in use.

Ruangan itu sangat bersih dan sarapan tidak buruk sama ada taman hotel dan kolam renang juga bagus. Hotel ini agak ketinggalan zaman, harga bilik juga menjimatkan.

Square Small Luxury Hotel provided the best service I've ever had in Guadalajara. I want to start by recognizing Mauricio, who helped me arrange the transportation from the airport to the hotel. I want to recognize also the best bellboy ever... Mr Guillermo, he went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. We got to the hotel super late (at 2 am) he greeted us and told us that they were waiting for us. As soon as we got our rooms, he offered to go get us tacos since we were hungry we agreed and grabbed tacos for the 9 of us. He also arranged the transportation for the 3 days we were there and made sure we had the best experience. Square Small Luxury Hotel tiene el mejor cervicio que me han brindado en Guadalajara. Quiero empezar reconociendo al señor Mauricio que fue con la persona que hable inicialmente para el transporte del aeropuerto al hotel. Quisiera también reconocer al mejor bellboy, el señor GUILLERMO, quien se aseguró de que tuviéramos la mejor experiencia en el hotel y en Guadalajara. Para empezar el fue quien nos recibió cuando llegamos al hotel a las 2 am. Cuando ya teníamos nuestros cuartos se ofreció a ir por unos tacos para las 9 personas que íbamos. Después se encargo de arreglar el transporte para los 3 dias que íbamos a esta en la ciudad y se aseguró que nos dieran el mejor cervicio también. El señor Guillermo de verdad fue muy servicial y muy amable con nosotros y por eso cuando volvamos a Guadalajara, que va a ser muy pronto, volveremos aquí al Square Small Luxury Hotel. Gracias señor Guillermo por sus atenciones y servicio excepcional.

Llegue a las 10am y me dijeron que por el momento no habia disponibles porque las estaban limpiando,me fui a la sala de espera a que me llamaran y se hizo la 1pm,me acerco a preguntar y la chica me dice que todavia no tienen disponibles,le digo que he estado escuchando y mirando que ya han pasado a cuatro parejas antes que a mi.Se hace hacia la parte de atras y empieza a degustar de una torta dejandole el problema a uno de sus compañeros.Hablo con alguien de mas arriba,le explico el problema,vamos a recepcion y en cosa de tres minutos ya tenia habitacion...

Desde el primer y hasta el último momento el personal demostró la mejor actitud, si el hotel no tenía algo a su alcance los chicos de bellboy iban a mitad de la noche con toda la actitud del mundo y lo conseguían en la tienda. El Sr. Martín maletero gracias por su ayuda en la habitación y la srita Victoria de recepción muy agradecido con ella por apoyarme a realizar un pequeño detalle de cumpleaños a mi novia.

We have stayed here twice! We ended up having our wedding here due to it's charm. We love the HISTORIC vibe and the unique character to the place makes this so attractive. Cue tall ceilings, candles, chandeliers, and stories. It is from the 1800s so don't expect top notch American grade plumbing and electricity, but expect to feel teleported back in time. We love the location to the center of GDL, their breakfast is delicious, and their security made us feel safe at night time. We will continue to come back here as a central spot in GDL and to relish in our memories! The honeymoon suite is GORGEOUS, with a little hot tub, if you can book it, do! The Wedding coordinators are the sweetest and the BEST, if you are thinking of a wedding here-top notch service!

When you read their description of that's available and you think ”we should stay here!”, you might want to think twice. They say: Enjoy our 780 sq. ft. King Deluxe Suite with a separate living area and offers a parlor with spectacular city views. Starting your day off with continental breakfast and relax in the evening with hors d'oeuvres, non-alcoholic beverages and honor bar. Includes a private bedroom with a separate shower and bathtub, queen-sized sofa bed, WiFi access, two-line phones with voicemail, nightly turndown service, wet bar. Each suite includes features from The Hilton Serenity Collection. The Serenity Bed includes an exclusive Suite Dreams mattress and box springs, Super Topper mattress pad, down duvet, Touch of Down pillows, linen program, as well as custom decorative bed throws and bolster pillow.” What we got: No mini bar (when we asked for it, they brought a refrigerator...with nothing in it.) No separate toilet and shower, it was all one room and was dirty. No lounge with hors d'oeuvres, non-alcoholic beverages and honor bar. No continental breakfast And no one seemed to care. It was so sad.

Hotel is very nice. I have one major complaint 45 MXN for a coffee pod in the room and this is not a cheap hotel. According to colleagues in Guadalajara most hotels provide free tea and coffee. Also they provide water that states ”free for use in coffee machine” so i bought my own pods (15 MXN) and used the free water. At checkout I got charge 54MXN per each bottle I used because it was only ”free for use in coffee machine WITH OUR COFFEE PODS” Shocking. Will not stay there again out of principle . Neither will anyone in my company

Great location, very quiet. Clean room, lots of storage. Did not try the restaurant as meeting friends elsewhere but it looked interesting. Attentive service. Attractive public areas and room
