Great location! Rooms were nice and clean and staff was super friendly and courteous! I would recommend this hotel and would probably stay there in future visits

The lady at the reception desk was very rude, every time i would ask her a question she would huff and answer in a rudely manner.

The area it’s good not all that but for the price it’s ok but if you plan your stay the hot water takes awhile to get hot that’s if you get any that’s the bad side of that plus the beds aren’t that good either but for it’s price it’s a reasonable price.

No pasta to tooth brush, no hot water noise and they charge ice , Will never go back

Dirty and unsafe room conditions. First room assigned had dirty shoe prints in sheets and blankets. Second assigned room had a loose metal black out frame in window that fell down injuring my bare foot.

I loved the location and the facilities.

I have VIP status, place was empty and did not receive upgrade. Staff that refused to upgrade me was rude. Sheets were stained and dirty. Room smelled bad. There are many wonderful places to stay in GDL. I would not recommend this place.

It is a good place to stay. The interior of the hotel is nice but the beds are a little outdated. The exterior needs some updated look.
