是次入住雅緻房型的中層（4樓），因事前備註要較安靜樓層（1樓酒吧街，7樓酒店酒廊），因此並沒有太太嘈音。但窗簾不能完全遮光，因近牆位置未能貼牆而漏出“1道陽光”。 浴缸並不如圖中一樣有窗戶，不可以邊泡邊看景，但有小露台（需自己向酒店簽上張免責聲明才能解鎖開門） 另大致房間都乾淨，唯獨沖涼位置有不少已發霉的位置：浴缸、擺放洗澡洗頭液位置。 位置在江邊，如果天涼可以選擇步行約20分鐘到北京路、高第街、高第西鞋街、天河城等位置，沿途更有不少驚喜小店。 酒店職員禮貌及耐性都很好，雖然感覺前台都是比較新手，所以同樣地客人也可以給點耐性等待，並不是付錢就是皇帝去刁難職員。辛苦了！

Saya menempah hotel ini berhampiran tempat saya perlu pergi untuk perniagaan dan mesyuarat. Lokasi hotel sangat baik. Terdapat banyak restoran lama di sekitar. Diandude juga berada dalam jarak 1 km, yang sangat mudah. Ia adalah kira-kira 40 minit dari lapangan terbang dan tempat letak kereta juga sangat mudah. Jika anda lebih suka tinggal di bandar lama, pastinya lokasi hotel menjadi pilihan pertama. Terdapat 4-5 restoran di sekitar hanya restoran yang mesti dimakan. Terdapat juga sebuah restoran Guangzhou berusia berabad-abad dan Tao Tao Ju di tingkat bawah. Kalau boleh beli cenderahati, Lianxianglou pun ada. Hotel ini sedang diubah suai. Jika dilihat dengan teliti, beberapa kemudahan itu agak lama. Jika anda tinggal di tingkat rendah pada waktu malam, bunyi bising masih agak kuat. Perkhidmatan ini sangat baik dan sangat prihatin. Tandas di hotel itu rendah sedikit. Masa mula-mula bawak kereta, aku dah lilit pinggang.

The biggest hotel I’ve stayed in Guangzhou. Was very happy to see the huge room with a separate living area, bathtub, separate shower and toilet. Then the leakage happened. What a shame, don’t know why there is a flood whenever we use the shower. The bathtub, toilet area and sink area is fine, but the water will flood most of the toilet floor after shower, and the worst is there will be a foul smell that comes after. Shower room is just next to the beds, so we ensure the shower door is shut when we sleep to keep the smell away. Other than the shower mishap, everything is perfect, I was surprised to see they even have different charging lines near the dresser and the tv area, very thoughtful!Location is the best, shopping plaza just across the road with a delicious dim sum restaurant on the 2nd floor, be sure to go early, I reached close to 11am and que for almost an hour to get a seat. The super market in the shopping plaza is expensive but the bread offers buy 2 free 1 if you go after 8pm, the bread is so tasty, I brought back to sg and ate for 2 days it still taste very good. Bought kiwis and persimmon back to sg and both taste very good as well. Subway is just 3 mins away and easily to get taxis from the hotel or from the roadside. Walk about 30 mins to qing hui yuan, one of the famous garden in Guangzhou, visit the huang fei hong and ye wen gallery. Take the subway 2 stops to Beijing bu xing jie, plenty of shops and vibrant place, it’s a must go. Really love the location of this old hotel, so convenient and surrounded by shopping and eateries, just need to make sure to have a shower room that doesn’t leak.

My stay was pleasant . Location is excellent this best point for me. Room also very good. Breakfast not so much. They could do a simple fried egg one side cooked neither have some bacon . Toaster also was not working properly so wasted a lot of time making a toast . After 5 days trip this became very tyring. It’s more of a Chinese type of breakfast which is a bit of a shame. Nevertheless I rate hotel with a 4. It’s pretty good option . I will return I think.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Y.ZHI hotel and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel is located in a convenient location with easy access to public transportation and many local attractions. The hotel rooms are modern, spacious, and well-appointed with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the shower had good water pressure and temperature control. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive to my needs. They were able to provide helpful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and were always available to answer any questions I had. Overall, I had a great stay at Y.ZHI hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and ‘best-location’ stay in Guangzhou. The hotel offers great value for money and is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. They provide complimentary parking, which is a great convenience. Upon departure, I discovered that my car tire was flat and I couldn't drive off. Manager Candy Fu immediately came to my assistance and swiftly resolved the issue, she is very nice and friendly, for which I am very grateful! My experience was highly satisfying. The hotel facilities are very new, and the front desk staff are polite and friendly. The security at the main entrance was excellent, and the cleaning staff kept the room spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable as well. I will definitely return!

Saya datang ke Guangzhou semasa Hari Kebangsaan dan menempah hotel ini. Perkhidmatan sanitasi di All Seasons Hotel sentiasa baik. Memandangkan kedai ini baru dibuka, sanitasi adalah lebih baik. Semua kemudahan hotel adalah sangat baru. Tandas pintar di dalam bilik air boleh dikawal oleh rakan sekelas Xiao Ai di seluruh rumah. Ia sangat pintar. Perlu dinyatakan bahawa walaupun sarapan hotel tidak mempunyai banyak jenis, kualitinya masih baik dan rasanya yang enak. Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan katedral dan stesen kereta api bawah tanah. Ia tidak jauh dari Restoran Nasi Minji Claypot yang popular dan Jalan Pejalan Kaki Jalan Beijing. Makcik datang untuk mengganggu pembersihan dan perkhidmatannya sangat bersemangat. Ia adalah hotel yang patut disyorkan.

This hotel is located at a plaza but has only 2 levels (level 3 and 4). Although the reception area is not impressive, the rooms were excellent. The twin bedded room that we stayed in were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. They even provide a humidifier unit in the room. The air-condition were excellent and the bath water pressure were strong. There's even piped music which you can control (located next to the hair dryer socket). Excellent service with impetuous honesty: my wife left her handphone in the room after we checked out and only realised 5 hours later. We went back to the reception and they duly kept it safe for us to collect. Kudos to the cleaning staff. Location is great as it is walking distance to Beijing Lu (shopping street) and also to the cruise wharf. For those who commute using the metro, it is located near Haizhu Square stop.

This apartment shares the building with many other tenants so just by relying on the name Jinbo Apartments, it will be very hard to find it at first. Google map will give you confusing direction. Tip: Locate HengRun Shopping Plaza (恒润广场) at cross junction in the middle of Beijing Road Pedestrian Street. The Plaza has a giant LCD globe and huge LCD screens at the front entrance. Enter it and turn right towards some jewelry shops. Walk through to the lift lobby and take lifts 3, 5, 6 up to Jinbo Check in lobby at #14. Only these lifts can access #14. The rest go to odd number floors. And yes, squeezing into lifts is an art....! The apartment will likely be amongst manicure, massage, hairdressing etc units as they are renting the apartments as shops. But this adds to the convenience as you can simply pop by next door for a manicure. #8 has a very good Dim Sum restaurant called Lucky Restaurant. #1 has Starbucks, 7-11, Pizza Hut. Once you walk out through HengRun, Beijing Road Pedestrian Street is to the left, right, top of you. Do check out narrow alleys left and right for eateries and shortcuts.. Beijing Road subway is slightly nearer and exits through a TianCheng Shopping Plaza (easier for luggage). GongYuanQian Subway exits through an underground mall and up long stairs. You will be at the beginning of the Pedestrian Street. Apartment: Hot water and pressure - good Toilet flushing - good Aircon - good Washing machine - works well, laundry powder provided Tv + wifi - bad. Only Cantonese programs. Wifi couldn't connect. Housekeeping - super good! The auntie provided water, towels, toilet rolls everyday even though we didn't need cleaning Verdict - super location and clean, comfortable enough for this price point.

Room is very spacious, projection TV is great. However I felt if a Queen bed instead of King bed is used, would give a bit more walking space around the bed. Cleaning staff and check in staff are friendly and helpful. 2 in 1 Washer n Dryer is useful but needs to look into maintenance. It was dirty inside the drum. I ran a tub clean function and wiped down the washer door and seal. I then let it dry for a day before using.

房間樣式和圖片一致，裝修的不錯，整體看着也乾淨，東西齊全，電器都是品牌的，還提供了瓶裝水，老闆娘態度也好，還會提醒記得鎖門。交通便利，離地鐵站，北京路近。 缺點：1、不隔音，不適合覺淺的人，床邊是通樓道間的窗户，樓道間有什麼動靜一清二楚，好不容易睡著了結果大早上又有人開始搬東西，鐺鐺鐺就感覺挺吵的。2、床單被子又扎又不乾淨的感覺，蓋着癢癢的， 不過價格擺在那裡，又那麼個地段沒什麼好挑的，這個價位裏還是非常不錯的選擇。

忘記打掃問題不大，但已打掃的房間床單枕頭套被套似乎也沒有更換問題就大了。床褥不太舒服但還可以。牙刷質量奇差。check in 速度離譜慢（可能自己沒看清楚酒店介紹吧）反正就是到了還上了幾層樓梯後才發現並無concierge。渾身是汗的時候通話找客服再加微信，還微信竟然再要求各式各樣的問長問短（電話對話中已經問過的東西） 閣樓床頭有usb充電，樓下usb充電壞的似乎打算不維修。 有洗衣機

My stay in the Guangli Hotel was good The Guangli Hotel is centrally located near the metro subway, many shops and restaurants are everywhere The room was small, but so was the price so all good. Room was clean and quiet, bed was comfy, had no trouble falling asleep Booking Guangli Hotel via Trip, the hotel staff, the room, the bed, everything was really good I can recommend Tailian Hotel if you want something reasonably priced during your stay in Guangzhou
