Good location, good service and the room was nice and warm. The coffee served at the alchemist was by far the best part of the experience.

Mercure @ Tianhe is located in an excellent location - 10 min walk away from a wide range of large malls including Grandview Mall, TeeMall@Tianhe, Victory Square, Tianhe Fashion Walk. With easy access to taxis, we are able to travel to other parts of Guangzhou from the hotel with ease. The hotel is spacious, clean, well maintained, well equipped and staffed by highly trained and helpful staff. The morning breakfast buffet is value for money - it has a wide range to suit health conscious individuals like myself and picky eaters like my children. We stayed there for 9 nights and our view from the 25th floor is spectacular especially at night. The staff were also very sweet and thoughtful - they took the initiative to pack breakfast for us ahead of our early flight at 6am so that we could have a warm and sumptuous meal at the airport before we departed. We highly recommend this hotel to any families looking for a clean, spacious, safe and accessible location for an amazing time in Guangzhou.

The hotel have very good location,  just in front of the metro Shipaqiao station line 3  very convenient to go to Airport. There are 5 shopping mall and underground shopping mall, many restaurant. I highly recommend to you to choose this hotel. Staffs very helpful. The room has a comfy bed and huge TV.

Bilik itu bersih, tetapi lokasinya di tapak pembinaan yang aktif. Memandangkan bangunan baharu siap dan diisi, ia akan menjadi destinasi membeli-belah yang bagus. Tetapi pembinaan semasa adalah kucar-kacir. Lokasinya jauh dari tarikan pelancong. Sarapan pagi ialah restoran yang terletak betul-betul di seberang daftar masuk. Anda boleh membayar untuk sarapan yang sama dengan harga yang lebih murah jadi ia bukan nilai yang baik untuk menambahnya. Apabila kami tiba, sabun kebanyakannya digunakan dan sabun batang disediakan sebagai pengganti.

The hotel is located very well, with the subway station right next to it, a 5-minute walk away. There are many shops next to the hotel. The front desk staff Tarley is very friendly and responsible. The room is very beautiful, spacious, and quiet at night, not noisy at all.

This was for the other 3 twin rooms I booked for my families. Similarly, I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and support provided by the staff during our recent stay. When my daughter fell ill, the team went above and beyond to assist us in such a stressful time. They promptly helped us identify the nearest and best hospital to visit and even arranged a Didi vehicle to ensure we could get there without any hassle. Their kindness, efficiency, and genuine concern turned what could have been a chaotic situation into one of comfort and reassurance. This level of service is truly rare, and I am deeply thankful. Highly recommend this hotel for not just their hospitality but their humanity. Special thanks to the ladies at the counter working on the night of 19 Dec 24. As for the hotel: I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, conveniently situated near all the key attractions and just a short walk from an amazing dim sum place that I highly recommend with metro walking distance away in the mall beside. The hotel itself was spotless, with a clean and well-maintained environment that made my stay so comfortable. A special mention goes to the fantastic cleaning staff, especially the helpful and hardworking 'Ah Yi,' who ensured everything was perfect during my stay. The bed was also very comfortable (personally for me). The entire staff is incredibly polite and professional, consistently providing exceptional service that truly made me feel welcome. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond really stood out. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a combination of great location, excellent service, and a clean, welcoming environment. I’ll definitely be back!

Terletak sangat strategik di Beijing Lu, lokasi yang sempurna untuk semua F & B dan beberapa restoran bintang Michelin yang sangat baik juga berhampiran. Kakitangan hotel sangat ramah dan membantu. Saya isteri suka gim, kami sangat menikmati di meja penyambut tetamu yang dihidangkan dengan kopi dan teh. Kereta bawah tanah terdekat hanya 400M dari hotel.....Sangat syorkan untuk menggunakan kereta bawah tanah untuk melawat dan melihat bandar kerana kereta api bawah tanah bersambung dengan sangat baik....pasti kami akan menempah hotel ini lagi dalam perjalanan seterusnya... ....Kami sangat menikmati makanan Guangzhou !!!

Pros: The room is spacious and equipped with basic items. Location is fantastic, near to metro and the tourist shopping street. Water pressure and heater is good. Bed and pillows are comfortable to sleep. Staff are friendly and helpful to what you need. Cons: The chiller is not working at all and our food was spoilt after a day. Lack of wardrobe space and tables to put our stuff. Need more power sockets with built in travel adapters will be even better. Overall, happy with the stay and accommodation costs is very reasonable.👍

***a hotel ini agak unik. Ia terletak di Jalan Pejalan Kaki Beijing Road di Guangzhou Bersebelahan adalah Kuil Buddha Besar, yang hanya beberapa minit berjalan kaki. Ia sangat mudah untuk makan, minum dan berseronok Sebab utamanya ialah ia sangat menjimatkan kos, bersih dan mempunyai penebat bunyi yang baik Wanita di meja depan sangat bersemangat dan memberi saya syiling permainan.

Super super satisfied with this hotel as it was located in the heart of Beijing Pedestrian Roads. Easy access to almost all shops and foods area. And the front desk, Miss Tt, who never failed to solve our matters anytime. Surely will come back soon
