Ulasan Preferred Convenience Hotel (Guangzhou Lukou Subway Station)

Very cosy hotel, clean and the front desk very friendly. Will stay next visit to GZ

the receptionist at the front desk is thoughtful, understanding and helpful, she gave me a room with a city view and near to the laundry section. the room is well equipped with powerpoints, even usb ones. the buffet breakfast is delicious, i like the dim sum. the dining room is cozy. the best thing about this hotel is its location, you can take the public transport (metro and bus) to the famous scenic points easily. there are plentiful of eateries around. housekeeping is very efficient and understanding. they get to know your daily timing to go out so that they will come tidy your room after you go out to explore. the front desk receptionists also go the extra mile to stand up to greet you and give you a welcoming smile.

Food,transport all totally self contain, will come back next visit to GZ

We had a room with a very small window (which we couldn’t open and had no view on to the city as it was advertised). The breakfast was really good (buffet). Location was good as well. The metro is about 10-15 minutes by foot.

The staff are very helpful, give us guidance to take public transport n help book taxi to airport. Though room is a bit small it was clean.

Hotel room is clean. A bit far from Jiaokou subway station though, about 10min walk.

Cleanliness I just leave the photo here…. The shower head was broken. Everywhere hair from previous guests. I booked also this hotel cause they said on the website have gym, not even exist! (Fake photos). The receptionist was nice and helpful. The breakfast REALLY REALLY Poor, same everyday kinda just eggs and 2-3 kind of veggies (for drink only milk and tea). Not worth the price unfortunately

staff were friendly and very accommodating, my only complaint is that some of the rooms and beds are smaller than advertised!

The sanitary of this hotel is not up to standard. All they needed to do is to add cover to the downpipes in the shower. I took their paper cups and covered them when I was there and the smell just disappeared. Breakfast was ok. Limited choices but no complains for the price.

It is ok overall. Room is enough for one person. Good thing they have washing machines for guests. But I couldn’t use.

We had a pleasant stay. They even have laundry room, so convenient.

Very warm welcome, nice and clean environment and Good breakfast as well . Did enjoy my stay
