Park Hyatt Serviced Apartments (Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town GT Land Plaza)

Overall experience was very good. Location is perfect near two subway metro stations and several eateries in nearby mall area. Check in and Check out was seamless. Room is modern with all necessary amenities. Suggest to add some more utensils for basic cooking.

Great apartment. Very friendly staff (I asked if they green tea - 10 minutes later they brought me tea along with a tea set). Everything inside is new and clean.New bed linen. There is everything you need: hygiene kits, slippers, robes. There is a washer and dryer machine and everything you need for laundry - it was very timely. The location is very convenient. It was a bit difficult to find the entrance, because there are several hotels in the building, but the staff of the neighboring hotel helped me find it. My recommendations!

I have been regularly going to Guangzhou for business and instead of staying in a more traditional hotel, I have decided this time to try out this option. The rooms are very big, bigger than expected, to be honest. A proper 1-bed flat, with all the things you might need for a longer stay. Room was modern, good views, clean and all the appliances are pretty luxury standard, which is what I am looking for. 5 stars for that. Although, I think I would have appreciated a coffee machine in the room. A Kettle was provided and a few mugs, tho. The hotel also have the delivery robot which is helpful in order to order anything outside. Staff was friendly and spoke a sufficient English in order to check in faster. They have a WeChat account that helps to answer any questions you might have. The only problem I have found is that the hotel was slightly hard to find. As it’s inside a luxury residential building. Location was super convenient. There is a 7/11 near by, a Starbucks and a few restaurants literally 2 minutes walking. Personally speaking this is a great option for people that prefer a serviced apartment rather than a traditional hotel with its services, etc. Price is really affordable for the quality of the rooms & location. Will definitely go back in my next business trip to this city!
