Ulasan Intercity Guangzhou Tianhe East Railway Station Hotel

The hotel was very pretty and to my surprise, the rooms look exactly like the images! Everything worked and was very clean. Due to a delay, we arrived extremely late. But luckily, the staff was extremely helpful and kind! I we cannot thank them enough for all their help since we cannot read Chinese. On the day that we left they gave us a few bottles of water and a tip that we should take a taxi or DiDi (the Chinese version of Uber) to the train station. But it was only a 10-15 minute walk and very easy to find. Tho the route can be tough if you have a hard time walking or are unable to.

I enjoyed my stay at this newly renovated hotel! Our room was spacious and comfortable, with modern finishes that made it feel fresh and inviting. The hotel offers complimentary drinks and fruit in the lobby, which was a nice touch, and the staff were very helpful. The robot in the elevator added a bit of fun, too! The hotel is close to the station, but the directions were a bit confusing, so clearer instructions would be helpful. Breakfast was decent. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staffs are friendly. But one thing to note, despite saying that the hotel is located near the train station, NO! Take note, the hotel is located infront of an expressway, walking to nearby train stations takes 15-20mins. You need to take cab around. And the congestion around the road is damn bad. 7km distance from the hotel can take 20-30mins. Despite marketing it as a new hotel, again NO, it’s revamp of an old hotel. Travel for business and food areas is troublesome. Basically staying here for business or for fun is bad. I won’t recommend cause there are more apartment or hotel at a better location

This hotel's location is not ideal, far from businesses and restaurants. Breakfast was great and service is superb. We tried to book a 5-star hotel and followed trip.com's guide to choose this hotel but this hotel's condition and accommodations certainly was not 5 stars. Room was too warm (25 deg C) and had no AC to cool it down. Hotel has only two slow and aged elevators. We booked for 3 nights but moved out to Hilton only after one night stay in this hotel. I'm actually complaining more and dissatisfied with trip com's hotel ratings.

New hotel near Guangzhou East station. Surrounding is quiet and staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Had a superb experience! All the staff is friendly and helpful. At the reception counter only one staff speaks English at any given moment in time. So special thanks to Mr. Chaohai Zhu! He went out of the way to help out wherever required. Will stay here again for sure!

They were extremely nice helping the logistics. The room is large and very clean.

The hotel is located about 15 minutes away from Metro line 1 & 3. It is near a renowned university and is away from the crowd. It has nice and modern room. The shower room is well designed and there are auto washer in all toilets (guest room and public restroom). There is a small gym and a well equipped laundromat located at level 3. The breakfast is decent and served local and international buffet. Staff are friendly especially the lady in laundromat and most team at front office. The cleanliness in room is generally clean however it is not consistent.

Hotel is new and equipment are new . staff attitude is good. but it seems the hotel is ot fully opened. swimming pool and sauna were not opened yet. this hotel have 2 elevators only, and you should wait long time for elevator specially in the morning. Breakfast have no so much variety of food.

Good location next to Guangzhou East station.
