Ulasan Xana Hotelle (Tianhe Sports Center East Railway Station Shop)

After complaining, they changed the room for me. A friend came to visit and wanted to go up for 5-10 minutes, they insisted him to show his ID and register after we told the reception guy he is not staying in my room. But overall this hotel is disgusting, better pay double the price and get Hilton Tianhe next door. This hotel has been the worst one I have ever been in China. Don’t know how Trip.com rated them 4.7. Booked for 4 days and left at 3rd night, just couldn’t stand the dirtyness of this hotel room.

Good location with many eateries around. Good for stay over so to catch train to other cities, rather near to GuangZhou East train station. Rooms are clean and reasonably priced.

Hotel is convenient to Guangzhoudong railway station and close to Po Park where we had delicious dim sum

Location is within 10 minutes walking distance from Guangzhou Dong train station and surrounded by several shopping centres. Room is big n bed is comfortable. Only setback is that it doesn't have a fridge.

Not up to expectation. Not worth for the value

The hotel is very old the facilities are old, simply put not worth the money, when you enter there’s this smell of bad toilet, and the room smells weird and very humid. Also the room walls were dirty, just don’t book there find another nice hotel for the same price not worth it.

I booked this hotel based on raved reviews on Trip.com but I learned reviews cannot be trusted, especially in Trip.com.the reviews from Travel Advisors are more consistent with reality. The complaints I have are: - cigarette smokes are everywhere even though I had a nonsmoking room. - very worn out. Remodeling is very much needed. I felt the room was quite dirty. - USB charging station works intermittently. - daily cleaning service is not good, didn't refill bath gel when empty, and didn't supply bottled water for one night. I had to go down to the reception to get them. - this is a 2 to 2.5 star hotel at best.

Nice stay but small room

我們訂了兩間房，一間雙床，一間大床，位置很容易找，從火車站十來分鐘就到，前台也很熱情，空間也足夠，床和枕頭都很舒服，雙床房的水壓一時大一時是一滴滴滴出來的，大床房的沖涼是沒有門，洗澡會灑出來，還有浴室和走廊的感應燈真的很困擾，在馬桶上坐，動一下腳動一下手指就會亮，就算關了也沒用，就不敢大動作，還有就是衛生實在是太差了，兩間房地下都有很多白色一粒粒的，不知道是什麼，還有一間床邊有一枝筷子，一間有零食的包裝紙，就算收捨了房間，地下也是一樣沒有清潔，真的要加強衛生

一個人來廣州玩，本打算暫住一晚，另做打算，沒想到給我免費升級了帶窗房型，索性就直接續住了哈哈。前台小哥看我在大廳等車，還貼心倒水喝，太熱情了。重點是枕頭床巨舒服，周圍安靜，裝修風格也是我喜歡的，Tiffany藍有點浪漫嘿嘿。最後表揚下保潔阿姨，看我自帶了燒水壺和保温杯，特意多拿了兩瓶礦泉水給我，我是細節控啊，愛了愛了，完全被戳中，真的強烈推薦ㄟ（≧◇≦）ㄏ
