Hotel yang sangat bagus dan kakitangan koperasi. Menikmati penginapan saya. Perkhidmatan ulang-alik juga bagus. Hotel bersih yang bagus.

Hotel ini adalah menara nombor 8 yang kelihatan seperti sebuah pangsapuri dahulu. Sangat mewah, dengan banyak lif dan kakitangan penyambut tetamu yang mesra di lobi. Kami mempunyai sebahagian pemandangan menara jam yang bagus. Mereka menawarkan bufet sarapan pagi yang enak, restoran dan pilihan tempat makan di dalam bilik, namun, masa menunggu untuk telur dan penkek terlalu lama. Hotel ini juga menawarkan perkhidmatan ulang-alik, 5-10 minit menunggu dan yang boleh menjadi gila semasa waktu sibuk. Orang ramai berpusu-pusu untuk menjadi setiap orang untuk dirinya sendiri seperti yang anda akan lihat di negara dunia ketiga. Perkhidmatan ulang-alik adalah 10-15 minit ke Masjidil Haram dan kira-kira 20 minit berjalan kaki ke masjidil haram. Saya lebih suka untuk berada lebih dekat dengan masjid lain kali dan dalam jarak 5 -10 minit berjalan kaki kerana untuk solat di masjid memerlukan lebih awal kira-kira 1 jam sebelum itu jika anda ingin solat di hadapan Ka'bah dan boleh membuat seseorang malas untuk pergi. berulang alik kerana jauh dan menunggu pengangkutan.

We truly enjoyed our time there, and the staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, which we greatly appreciated. However, I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding the parking situation. We were disappointed to learn that parking was not complimentary for guests who booked rooms at the hotel. Good Amenities. Very Good hot Shower! Although Safety Deposit box is missing! Clean and Spacious Rooms. Friendly Staff. Recommended!

It was wonderful experience. Everything was neat and clean. They also provide shuttle service. Hotel is around 15-20 mins walk from Haram

I am satisfied with this reservation. But i would give an honest review because most of people would choose this place for Umrah or Hajj. This hotel is situated at a busy road and quite near from Masjid Al haram. If you are young and conciouse about value of money. This place is best. But it has a slight drawback if you are traveling with babies or elder people who could not walk, the route to makkah with bus is quite a hassel and not recommended for minors and elderly. But except this, the hotel is great and i am happy.

Nice place to stay if you can afford walking to and from Haram because the bus take more than one hour to get Hotel from Haram.

First of all, although it is mentioned as a five star hotel, I did not feel it was. Rather, I would rate this as a four star hotel based on my own experience. I stayed in a deluxe room(91330) Good things: -Rooms were super clean -nicely designed toilet with walk in shower, super clean -shampoo,conditioner, bath gel, hand wash, body lotions are provided in adequate amounts -hot and cold water options -refrigerator -plenty storage -good wifi -good air conditioning -helpful staffs -tea/coffee -bed side usb charger -TV -plenty of door entry cards -prompt check in and check out -transport bus to kaaba -lots of restaurants although a bit expensive Things could be added/ improved: -no ironing appliances -No toothpaste or tooth brush -shuttle service does not directly go to Kaaba. The first bus takes you to a bus depot, The second bus from there will take you to kaaba. This could be tricky when coming back. One night I stayed there until midnight and after coming out I went to the wrong bus stoppage and ended up going to another part of the city People on the bus do not know english so they could not help. I ended up taking a taxi to the hotel as I had no energy to go back, walk and find the right bus. The right bus stand is called "Kudai" or something similar. Alternatively you could come out through gate 84-90 and walk to the hotel which takes 20-25 minute.

This Hotel is situated on Ibrahim Khalil road , its very clean, has a luxurious feel to it, with a professional staff and with very comfortable beds and Rooms... The cleaning staff speaks arabic, hindi, bangladeshi however reception and house keeping finds it hard to understand English all the time. Its almost 25 mins walk to the Haram But If you have done your Umrah or have been walking a lot in Haram , it will be tiring to walk back. They do have a Shuttle service which is available 24 hrs however to our surprise, you have to change it on Kudi Bus station and take another bus to haram, your total Trip time back to the hotel can be roughly 25/40 mins due to traffic, which is usually always busy , but if its a Friday you will be literally running around catching a shuttle or securing your seat in it. I absolutely hated that so preferred walking. Hotel has a shopping mall, Masjid and all the 9 Towers are connected with each other. We ordered their In room dining food and overall it was quite nice. I felt the oil of the fries had some stale taste but everyone else was tired hungry and found it ok. I might not stay there again as I didnt like the 2 shuttle Run but overall its an amazing Hotel .

Excellent service. Close to Holy Makkah. Just a walking distance. Sometimes you can hear the prayer call from Kaba as well.

First of all, the room was nice and the hotel is well kept. We were also welcomed happily 😊 However it would have been nice for a 4* hotel to have dental kit etc. but none of that. My biggest concern and why I would never book this hotel again is the location and the bus/coach service to the Kaaba. Absolute shambles. I wish people reviewed this part with more details and I would not have booked. When going from the hotel, the Voco bus would take you. But when coming back you have to go on one bus, which stops in another hotel and then a random car park where you have to then go catch the bus for the Voco hotel. Bare in mind so many people are waiting and you’re running around. It was absolute chaos. And you’re tired after a long day, it’s just not worth it.

Honestly the best and the cleanest hotel, low cost and 5 star, doesn’t matter if it’s near or far they have buses 24/7

The rooms were nice & clean, though the service was a bit slow as it's a peak season, but overall good,
