Location of hotel near to xintang metro station, walking distance away. Hotel staffs and lady boss are very helpful and friendly. Room is tidy and clean. Near to many restaurants, entertainments and wet market.

It was best hotel too . Specially bed sheets war so comfortable 😌😌 and perfect place who have train from Guangzhou xin tang station train

One of the best hotel, only thing is that you need to walk 15 minutes from the metro, very friendly staff helpful and perfect hotel for budget travellers, shopping malls restaurants street food around the hotel , great experience very good hospitality , really liked the place

The staff were courteous and helpful, assisting with any inquiries I had during my stay.

Cosy and clean hotel, the receptionists were attentive and always willing to help. One helped us book a taxi to the station at check out. The rooms are adequate for our stay and comfortable, well lit to make up for the lack of windows (we booked the tatami room). The quiet location helped us rest and take a break in the middle of our hectic trip.

The price was a little bit exaggerated.

I stayed 1 night in this hotel, even though i initially booked for 4 nights. I cancelled the other 3 night. I booked for a nonsmoking room but the room they gave me is terrible! The room smell so bad, very strong smell of smoke. I complained to the receptionist and he move me into other room with a slightly better smell, but still have 🚬 smell. Maybe because they prepared the room in a rush, they forgot to clean the room. I found a tape and NAIL on the floor. After i looked around, i noticed they also sell sex toy inside the room (the review said it suitable for family stay😅). That’s makes me scared to sleep there. I had to think many times whether i want to take a shower or not, because it scares me if there might be a hidden camera or something. Anyway, the room is nonsmoking room but they also provide an ashtray inside the room. The room is tidy, they provide clean towel, a slipper, hairdryer, drinking water and basic toiletries. They still ongoing renovations so the corridor outside the room are messy. They should’ve close the whole floor if they doing renovations for the guest safety. I will not recommend for female solo traveler and family to stay here.

The room is relatively nice but quite old and wet. The location is quite far from the city centre. Nearly 2 hours by train to Guangzhou Tower. The receptionist did not speak English but was very friendly and polite.

Great value for money. The front office doesn't speak a word of English. But we chat translate came to my rescue. Lot of Chinese BBQ place close to the hotel. The metro station is just 5 minutes walk. The shower in my room was broken. But it was fixed immediately. If u do not have a Chinese local number u cannot use the WiFi in the room & the television

The staff were really friendly and helped us quickly with any questions. They also upgraded us to a really big room at no extra cost. The location is very convenient near a big mall. Excellent!
