Ketika seorang gadis datang, dia membawa barang 20kg sendirian, dan ketika dia pergi, dia membawanya sendiri, dan dia membawanya sendiri ke dalam kereta. Dia benar-benar tidak bersuara.

When I visit Xiamen I always stay here. They have a great location for sightseeing, restaurants, and bars. The hotel staff is always friendly and welcoming. The pool is nice and has a wonderful view. The beds are nice and comfy.

Service is very good, front desk is fast and prompt, I had a free upgrade, break fast is super, only problem is rooms are old specifically bathroom, need room renovation.

The hotel’s staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel manager,Vincent was patiently listened and solved our questions. My husband and I stayed at the seventh floor and they’ve provided afternoon tea for the executive floor members. The executive lounge was super clean,quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed the afternoon tea. If there is one thing I can suggest, I will strongly suggest to change the guest room carpet and update the hair dryer. 马可波罗酒店的前台以及其他工作人员的服务态度都非常温馨贴切。酒店经理，Vincent耐心的帮我们解决问题。八楼层的行政楼下午茶，点心虽然不多但很精致，很开心享受下午茶时光。酒店客房若能换新地毯以及吹风机，会是厦门最高级的酒店之一,因为它的地理位置优越，闹中取静，俯瞰湖景…….

Lucky from the reception was very helpful . Se helped me in my check in twice and upgraded me for free twice. The pool is nice.

Well located with nearby Coffee and Ice streets offering high quality western style cafes, bars and and Pastry shops. Staff at the hotel are attentive and conscientious, however overly zealous about upselling the benefits of the club lounge rooms. Club lounge is small, doesn’t have much to offer by way of snacks. Very limited food options at breakfast. Doesn’t open of offer anything around lunchtime and has limited options for dinner. Ok if you’re a drinker, but range of spirits is small. Didn’t feel I received value for money for the upgrade. My clients and I ended up eating at the main restaurant for breakfast, which was not included in the club price? Also, the views from the club floor rooms were not river views- we overlooked the noisy bar street at the building across the road. Had a problem getting fruit to my room over my 4 day stay, so had to go out and buy Bananas for myself. Another issues was that despite leaving the room available and arranging with reception for housekeeping to clean the room in time for me to have a video conference call without interruptions, they did not and so, i was interrupted during my call and had to repeatedly explain and deal with housekeeping insisting on coming in! The last straw for me was when reception neglected to extend my stay as requested the day before and so I had issues with my card and with checking in again, so I simply booked into another, more welcoming hotel. Overall, the hotel is professional and well managed, but they do seem to have some problems co-ordinating back of house teams.

We extended another night due to Typhoon and it's a pity that with the amount of nights we have been there already. That didn't even offer us a complimentary breakfast. It would have been a nice touch. Overall, a good stay. The team at the reception has been really efficient and friendly. And cleaner aunty on level 5 is really great!

Room facilities are quite limited. In China, most room woul be provided with tooth brush, comb etc, however these were not found in the room. The weighing scale was also mal-function.

We recently stayed for 1 night. But we need spend more time in Xiamen for an unexpectedly long time. So, back to this hotel and stayed a few more days. We received a very warm welcome at check-in and a welcome back gift in the room. Beautiful room with a wide and nice view, good desk to do the work and a lovely sofa to relax. Neat cleaning of the room every day. We gratefully made use of the Continental Club on the 8th floor. Very tasty, high-quality and delicious food. The furnishings feel like a living room where you immediately feel at home and at ease. The wait staff is professional and friendly with an appropriate distance. The hotel manager and the relationship manager made an effort for a personal conversation. Very attentive. Sufficiently qualified restaurants and lobby for your high tea with friends or business meetings. Highly recommended.

The old fashioned service is very good. I left insulin pens in my room when I checked out, it was delivered to my location when contacted the hotel.

A really lovely outdoor pool. Excellent service and perks such as afternoon tea. Twin room a little bit tight. Great location.
