This is a gorgeous hotel that is centrally-located inside the ancient city with great service. It’s like living in a museum! The hotel is housed in a thoughtfully renovated ancient college with a beautiful courtyard for chatting, eating, and chilling. The rooms are large, clean, and quiet. I really enjoyed the traditional mat style bed. The hotel is a short walk away from the bustling Main Street. It was very convenient to walk to most attractions inside the walled City. The hotel owner also arranged free transport to take me to the high speed rail station. The service was wonderful. No complaints! If you’re staying here, I recommend checking out not just the ancient walled city but also the ancient temples in the area. I would stay here again without hesitation.

We are from overseas and would like to commend that the service is impeccable. They offer pickup and drop off at the high speed rail station. We also went during winter and the room was very warm. No complaints about this hotel and definitely recommend it!

I had a great stay at this hotel located in the ancient city of Pingyao. The hotel is an old house, which has been beautifully redecorated. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was also delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the manager who kindly upgraded my room after my original room had an electrical issue. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great location, close to all sight seeing spots, good breakfast, free pickup to and from railway station. It would be good if price can be cheaper. Recommended.

What a fabulous hotel! Excellent, helpful staff who went the extra mile to help reschedule and organise transfer, beautiful courtyard and rooms, great location inside the city walls, delicious breakfast and heaps of bottled water - could not have asked for more!

非常棒的住宿體驗！！全家全票當選此次山西行最棒的住宿，服務超萬豪等一線國際大牌😆😆 服務：🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 入住前一天客服管家就添加了微信，仔細詢問我們預計到店時間和出行方式，一路還給了提供很多免費諮詢😂😂高速路上碰上擁堵，差一點趕不上晚上預訂的演出，小姐姐一早就等在路邊，領着我們去停車場🅿️，引着我們去到劇場🎭～一整個絲滑～～還幫我們預訂了晚餐的網紅飯店，免去了我們排隊的時間！太貼心了！！ 住宿：🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 古色古香的古城裝修風格，進到院子裏別有洞天，房間很是寬敞整潔～硬件上確一應俱全，還貼心地準備了小零食和水果～～早上的早餐也很精緻，一人一份的食盒裡有蔬菜、蒸點、涼菜～ 臨走時，還送給我們新年伴手禮，有山西老陳醋😍😍和平遙牛肉粒，太貼心了！！ 可惜這次時間有限，下次有機會再來，必須多住幾天！！

非常棒的體驗，酒店本身就很有歷史文化氣息，內部裝修智能又温馨，服務質量也非常優秀，幾位小姐姐不辭辛苦的接送旅客來回於停車場和酒店間，對於旅客的需要也是儘量滿足，住平遙古城，西河書院真的是絕對值得的選擇

非常棒的一次體驗，而且其中一個房間免費升級了，都在一個院子裏，真的很不錯，古色古香。離主街也超級近，酒店的小姐姐們也非常好，離店了還送上當地特色伴手禮。因為是帶着小朋友，可怕住酒店凍着，沒有想到房間超級暖和，完全超出預期了。以後去平遙就住這家了

大炕很大，九歲大男孩一起都不擠，再加一個娃都不擠。酒店貼心的接送服務，非常方便開車將車停在城牆外，帶着行李進來。房間內部寬敞乾淨，傳統中式封繪傢俱，喜歡的會很喜歡。酒店位置距離縣衙，文廟，武廟，南大街，等都很近，全天步行，城內各景點都很方便，渴了就在路邊買個水，餓了就找個飯館吃一口，適合家人遊玩。下次來還選這裏。

非常感謝前台小安姑娘的貼心服務，她的熱情和專業讓我們倍感温暖！ 酒店環境優雅，交通便利，非常適合親子家庭入住。特別值得一提的是地暖設施，温度適宜，為帶小孩的家庭提供了極大的便利。 我們一家連續入住了3晚，共3間房。除夕、初一和初二這三天，酒店給我們留下了深刻而美好的印象，整個住宿體驗非常舒心。
