Kind staff. Good air.
Too many mosquito in room.
We have 4,6 age chilren. At the restaurant If you have two children, you must pay more one person even if they are lower than 120cm.
Hotel rule, 1 room only one child free. If you have 2 baby dont go hotel resturant. I have been visited too many hotels but this is first time. If I have two children so need to pay one nore , I agree. But hotel regulation like this ,it will be unfair.
Indoor pool is big. Good.

Used to be a great hotel. I visited this place 10 years back that time it was amazing.
This time, it’s annoys they didn’t change furniture/ carpets or beddings for a decade. Some lightings are broken.
Anyway not bad ~ but could be better with some small efforts.

跟家人首次過來遊玩，環境和服務都很好，前台經理（思琦）還免費將住房升級了，並對我們提出的要求也儘量幫我們解決。這次入住還是挺滿意的，唯一不滿意的地方就是空調不能調節冷熱，導致我們整天整晚都衹能打開陽台門，實在是太悶熱了，以後有機會還是會再過來住的。還有小鎮上的美食也還是挺值得品嚐的喔

一開始訂酒店的時候是有些擔心的，因為看到上面介紹這家酒店開業了有10多年，就擔心是那種舊舊的酒店，但實際過來看起來真得很棒。從入住上來講，一入住就有專門的酒店管家加我微信，特別要表揚一下酒店的王思琪小姐，在提前一天就非常細心的幫我們把車牌入入了二系統也跟我們介紹了酒店裡麪各種的服務設施和裏面的遊覽車時間。當知道我們家有小朋友的時候，還貼心的幫我們安排了床圍，服務非常的周到。那這個酒店的話呢離安娜亞的小鎮非常的近，步行就可以到，因為是老狼的演唱會，居然還在早餐廳遇到了老狼，真的算是意外之喜，怎麼來説還是非常推薦這家酒店的。

很多年前來過，最近偶然看到被阿那亞接管了，錯峯帶娃過來玩玩，房間舒適度和服務質量真的有點超預期，特別是思琦，很貼心，不僅升級了房型還給小朋友準備了伴手禮，臨時決定出行卻收穫了很棒的體驗，房間維護的還不錯，關鍵是面積確實很大，附近景區很多還在維護或者修建，期待夏天再來一次！

趁年後人少，一家人出來趕個假期的尾巴。酒店環境非常完美，阿那亞畢竟是國際品牌，弄的真的好，好多人過來打卡拍照。房間很寬敞，乾淨高級，可惜天氣不好沒有去山頂公園打卡，後面會再去打卡！管家服務很貼心，耐心介紹酒店和景區配套，特別感謝Bella姐姐，真的超nice，希望下次過來還是Bella姐姐做我們管家！
