What a terrible experience. The room was absolutely filthy when I first arrived. The walls have not been cleaned or painted for years. There was dust on every single surface I touched so I could not stop sneezing. When I had already processed that part, I went to have a shower only to realise there wasn't any hot water. I went to reception and was told to leave the water running for 15 minutes to see if it would come out hot. I literally had to wait for 20 minutes (water being wasted unfortunately) to be able to have a shower with lukewarm water, it wasn't even hot. This was a waste of money and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know. It is better to stay in Mestre and get to Venice by bus in 10 minutes than booking a cheap and filthy hotel in the island itself like this one.

Pleasant stay I recommend it for visitors I will definitely use again 😊

Really good for a night stay. Centre of the city. Room size is small and not sound proof.

Hôtel super bien placé mais les chambres sont humides, les installations vieillottes. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil surtout l'emplacement. Petit déjeuner basique.

酒店位置離Rinalto橋和聖馬可廣場很近，早餐簡單定食，最不可以接受的是淋浴條件極差，幾乎沒有空間，與坐便器共用空間極其狹窄，這一點對於旅行者極不方便。還碰到鄰居住家可能精神狀態不佳的人用石頭5-6次擊石酒店窗户遮陽簾，投訴房間裏手機的聲音吵到她，晚上十點前的事情。

Very central location, a short walk to the Rialto Bridge. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Double bed and ensuite. Plenty of spare blankets and pillows in the room should they be required. Heating/aircon and TV. It is a 2 Star so don't expect 5 star. But value for money and location, very impressed. It was clean and beds made every day. A few toiletries available. Breakfast was a fresh croissant/rolls and jam/butter with jug of hot coffee. Perfect start. There are 3 flights of stairs to get to reception.

Fabulous little hotel. Clean and Quiet in the middle of Venice Close to All the shops and Attractions. Staff friendly and helpful Breakfast was perfect with croissant rolls jam and lots of coffee !!

This is exactly what I would expect from a 2* hotel. It was clean and basic. Breakfast wasn’t quite as they put in the brochure - the croissant was excellent but the coffee and orange juice weren’t that nice. The people behind the reception desk were very helpful, telling us about Venice and sorting out the air-conditioning.

This budget hotel offered the minimum of what my partner and I needed for our vacation in Venice. The front desk people were really friendly and helpful in answering any of our questions and are available 24/7. We got one room key and bathroom key which we would have to return to the desk and pickup each time we came and went. They had luggage storage, but it was pretty casual - just leave all your stuff in the lobby in an area and basically hope no one takes your stuff. We did not try the breakfast, but it did cost money. Pros: - AC worked very well - Wifi was free and fast - Hotel is located in a great spot - close to San Marco Square, Rialto station (closest water taxi location) and lots of eateries / shops - Receptionists were friendly and helpful Cons: - Our bathroom was not a part of the room. It was exclusive to us and could only be opened with the key, but we had to walk down the hall past a room to get to it which was inconvenient. Definitely the biggest con - It does require you to climb 3 flights of narrow stairs to reach it - In general, did not feel very clean - the towels, bedding, and especially the bathroom - Shower in the bathroom was small and moldy near the bottom of the sliding doors - Walls are thin, you can hear people in the hallways and sometimes the neighboring rooms Overall, this hotel was really a "you get what you pay for" as it was a much cheaper option than a lot of the other hotels in Venice. Since we were out and about most of the day, we didn't need a ton of amenities for our hotel so this place was fine for what it was. It could have been a bit cleaner and if you value privacy I would definitely ask for a room that has the bathroom within the bedroom.

The room wasn’t comfortable, towels has stains, bathroom was really disgusting. Shower was on the top of the toilet and the drain was clogged so when you take shower it takes half an hour to dischage the water Room has a weird smell Receptionist especially the old couple, I guess they are the owner wasn’t friendly at all no one was smiling! To get to the hotel you have to climb 3 floors very narrow stairs only the cleaners was nice and friendly

Kind of ok at this price in the heart of Florence. Certainly can't ask for anymore. Will recommend this hotel based on location. Bathrooms are quite small with no aircon in soaring temperature. But I guess it could be room wise and unsure if they provide aircon or not in other rooms.

Hotel Canada may be basic but as you’re out discovering Venice why would you need anything more? Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel clean and bed really comfortable which was needed after a day exploring. Breakfast was croissant/bread and coffee all served with a smile Great start to the day !Thanks to Tottie for helping us sort out our water taxi back to the airport.
