Kelebihan: Lokasi yang bagus, betul-betul di sebelah jalan pejalan kaki Beijing. Mendapat daftar keluar lewat pada jam 2 petang pada tarikh berlepas. Kebersihan 4/5 Lokasi 5/5 Keburukan: Kalis bunyi tidak begitu baik kerana bunyi dari jalan di tingkat bawah boleh didengari di dalam bilik. Kakitangan meja depan boleh menjadi lebih mesra sebenarnya. Perkhidmatan 2/5

This location is very convenient as it is located in the Center of Beijing Road. The customer service is tip top with free cocktail on your first night. the receptionists are very helpful and kind. Free upgrade to bigger rooms if available as well!!!

Terrible hotel. Terrible service attitude. 1. DO NOT book the Plus Room. The photos were totally different from what they provided. The room you will get for Plus Room will not be the one they show you, instead you will get the room as Picture 1 & 2 - which you will not have a space to open your luggages. I was told by the staff that the photos were just for reference only, which sounds really ridiculous as the descriptions were totally MISLEADING their customers. Most importantly, they tried to KICKED US OUT from the hotel when I told them it was totally unreasonable for giving us the room that doesn’t match the descriptions. They informed us at 10PM that they have landlord problem which we will need to move out by 8am the next morning. Which was very obvious that they did that on purpose to try to kick their customer out when their customer were trying to raise a reasonable request. 2. They said they will be providing 2 free cocktails for each customer, but I didn’t receive any coupon or cocktails during my 8nights stay. 3. The room service was not clean, they didn’t clean nor sweep the floor; which was really frustrated during the raining season. Besides, they will not provide new slippers each day, you will need to ask for slippers from the cleaner yourself. 4. The attitude of the ladies at the reception when during check in was not friendly at all. When arrived,all of us were carrying a lot of luggages so I need some time to find the booking reference. The ladies at the reception shouted us twice ask if we’re checking in, and I need to tell her to wait to stop her from yelling at us for the 3rd times. 5. The Lifts are very slow, as the hotel located in an old building, so it does need times for everyone to wait for the lifts. 6. The room was dirty when checked in. As you can see see in pic 3 & 4, there were stains on the table and the hair from the last customer, it was actually disgusting. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay. I will not recommend this hotel as they’re way more better choices near Beijing roads with the same price

Location is pretty good… come down from the hotel a lot of restaurant. When reach outside the building, there have 4-5 stair case need to carry the luggage no sliding floor. Lobby at 5th floor, but our room at 3rd floor. No need access card to go in 3rd floor, everyone can access. Staff is friendly help us to collect our parcel.

Very near to beijing pedestrian street. There is a lot of shop and food downstairs. There is a shopping mall beside this hotel block and you can find a lot of clothing with very low price, with good quality. Hotel itself the bed and room floor is clean, but the bathroom is not very clean but acceptable. Overall very satisfy with the stay.

The location is right at the centre of Beijing Road. So walkable distance. The receptionists are very helpful and even gave us free room upgrade if there is available room. Free cocktails on first night. Laundry room was a saviour as well.

Best location, near the food street of bei jing road, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious enough. definitely recommended

Location is very good, right beside BeiJing Road and walkable distance to metro. There is self servicr laundry area, however might need to que for the dryer at night. Overall great stay!

Hotel was clean and located in a strategic place. Lots of choices in terms of food within walking distance. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
