Efficient automatic check-in, free luggage storage. Prompt reply via their in-house telephone when I extended my stay and to remain in same room. Sea view room.

I got in around midnight but there was a very easy and convenient check in kiosk, which I had never seen before in any hotel. The room was clean with great smelling toiletries and a very cozy bed, it also had a great view. There is a 7/11 connected to the hotel which stays open until midnight and it’s also walking distance from a big market. I would recommend this hotel and be glad to stay again.

The location of the hotel is just on the road and center in the Seogwipo, back side of the hotel there’s a famous Olle market and it’s not so far from the waterfall. There’s no one we found at the reception because check in is online by the machine there at the hotel. And you can’t check in before 3 pm. The hotel room is very tiny, same as bathroom. But it’s clean. Recommended if you like to stay in the center.

Great hotel on Jeju, close to lots of bus stops and easy to find. Surrounded by nice cafes and restaurants and close to the market. It’s an easy hotel to get anywhere from. The check in was easy and quick and the room was neat and tidy. Just enough room for one person. The Internet was good and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet at night. Felt very safe for solo female travellers and there are washing and drying machines in the basement. Would recommend

Perfect for solo traveler. Clean room. It have everything you need like shampoo, towel, disposable slipper and it have mini ref. Perfect location also near bus stop and Olle Market.

Good for the price. Hotel is in a good location and is modern and clean. The concept is that to keep the cost down daily cleaning is not conducted during your stay.

Room was clean and had everything you need. There is no Room Service you have to pick up fresh towels etc. In the lobby. Self Service Laundry doesn‘t accept foreign cards. There is a convenient store in the hotel lobby. My room was with Mountain view which was nice. Bus stop is in front of the hotel.

The room is good enough for a solo traveller and worth the money, however I saw few strand of hair in the toilet which requires some double verification. Overall is good....

The hotel location was good. It is near the market so you can enjoy the night market. The room as small as expected. The buffet breakfast was good.

I stayed there for 4 nights, not once was my room cleaned! You have to change your towels and get only two small ones per person...

Located near the food market and a 30 minute walk to the waterfalls. The bed is very comfortable. Cleaning service is also very good. I recommend staying here!

The room is rather small, even though I booked a double bed room for just a single pax occupancy. There is hardly any walking space after opening up a 28" luggage flat. If you're a light sleeper - the blinds do not block morning sunlight 100%. Other than that, the room does have a nice partial sea view if you're staying on a high floor. Lobby staff may not be able to speak perfect English, but they tried their best and were quite friebdly. There is a 711 at the hotel lobby, a few convenient stores across the street. It is located 10-15mins slow walk from airport bus stop, one block away from Olle Market, and a couple bus stops within walking distance. If you don't mind walking long distances, it is doable to walk to several tourist spots such as Jeongbang and cheonjiyeon waterfalls.

A nice small room with a comfortable bed. Did not face any inconveniences while staying there. Not far from the bis stop to the airport and near the market, good place to stay in Seogwipo.

Good stay, perfect size room for 1 and very clean. It is hard to find/contact staff if you need help because everything is automated but the view from the room is great!
