the hotel was excellent clean customer service was friendly and helpful. the room is large and comfortable. worth a stay. its clean and modern

Room is suitable for one to two people, but there is no door separating the bedroom and toilet. The floor is not too clean. The location is a little far from subway (~1.5 km from the nearest one), but near the bus stops. There is also a hotel (Sun Hotel) serving coach to Baiyun airport (40 yuan), much more convenient than taking bus and subway

Do not stay at this hotel. I tried to cancel within the contractual terms and no one answered my calls or replied to my emails. When I arrived no one spoke English or tried to use a translation app. My rooms weren’t ready and I arrived 2days late. All the rooms were filthy and smelled like smoke. I asked for a refund and was told to request it through trips.com app and my money will be returned. No rooms I was shown was suitable so I booked another hotel. As soon as I left I received an email stating my refund was declined after being told I would receive my money back through the app how I paid. The staff was rude. I had to ask strangers to assist. The pictures showed the cleanest bathroom after being showed 5 rooms. I repeat do not book.

It was alright. The parking was a bit difficult, but the hotel upgraded my room, which I was quite happy with.

Was alright, but not as advertised floor was kinda dirt same with the roof aircon and bathroom, the location kinda in the middle of nowhere but was chill and the bedsheet had a hole

The room is clean and it is a great value for the money. But what stands out is the lady from the reception. I bought a product on Taobao and she helped me so much to try to change the delivery place because the delivery man was late and I had to change cities. She did a lot of translating and called the company many times and it was excellent service Thank you so much.

Very satisfied with my stay here. It's clean, comfortable, and has a great environment. The transportation is very convenient, and parking is easy. Thumbs up!

the most bad things about this hotel is, it’s sooo far from city also far from metro station and the people around the hotel they are not good with tourist they will stare at you like crazy otherwise The room was good looking and wide and even on this price they put 2 bottles of water everyday most hotel they don’t do that. Also inside room was clean but not the outside room like the elevator it smells like a ****
