Hotel exceeded our expectations: 1. Located at a very convenient location with many restaurants and shops nearby 2. Service was good with every staff we encountered - all very polite and helpful 3. Buffet breakfast was amazing with lots of choices - particularly good for elderly parents 4. Wifi works for Instagram and WhatsApp 5. Room is spacious and clean The only one negative is that the rooms are not very sound proof

Rainbow called me just now and asked for my overall feedback on the hotel. I had a positive experience with stay in the Sheraton hotel and I want to emphasis the following points for good record sake. 1) Check-in and overall services from the front desk were seamless and efficient. There was added security at night time to ensure that individuals will need to register before going back to the room. 2) The room was in great condition and as promised, it was a non-smoking room 3) Unfortunately, my schedule was pretty occupied so I was not able to visit any of the restaurants in the hotel Last but not least, Sheraton never disappointed and I will stay there again on my next visit to Guangzhou. Keep up the excellent services.

Rooms were equipped with new features like USB ports, new hairdryer, strong water pressure. 4 water bottles of water were provided daily. The rooms were cleaned daily. The hotel has added a bus tour of Haizu district cum dimsum breakfast on board which is an attraction. The food at the restaurant was good.

A very convenient location. Bed very comfortable, staff super friendly, and great service! Room very ok to me. Got sunlight, got windows. Overall is good! Forgot to take photos haha... Very comfy place to me

I like the hotel. The space is sufficient for me, and the common necessities like tooth brush and slipper, daily mineral water supply is available. Down side would be elevator waiting time, I stay at 41 floor, and usually have to wait 5 mins for the lift. The room also doesn’t offer in room wardrobe, iron and robe which usually are available. The hanger is open and iron is available at the laundromat. For the price, I highly recommend.

Second time here. We had an early flight out. First airport bus from hotel leaves at 4:55am. It's rather quick and convenient to get to both terminals. The only annoyance is the sink is so incredibly close to the bed that it's uncomfortable brushing your teeth. As well as how see-through the bathroom and shower area are. I'll never understand how this design pleases anyone. Privacy is unheard of

Room is clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful, it was raining so I asked the front desk for an umbrella and they didn't hesitate to give me one. Location is good, metro station is right below. Although the dinning area has a nice catching view to enjoy while eating, breakfast needs much improvement as there were not many choices. .

This hotel is not all shiny new, but it is spotless, clean and perfect for everything I need. In the middle of very busy Haizhu and an active part of that community. The help is always been perfect for me and friendly. They don’t speak a lot of English but we manage to communicate fine. It is super convenient to the subway and some American food chains plus hundreds of restaurants, shops, bakeries, etc., immediately outside the door. I consider it my home away from home when I am in Guangzhou.
