家裡突然停電了，沒辦法衹能開酒店住，前台的一個美女給辦理的住房，熱情有禮貌，認真詢問了我的行程及打卡等等，房間也不錯，洗髮水沐浴露看着質量挺好的，試了一下洗髮水還挺柔順的，香皂是個貝殼，挺耐用的，洗一套衣服都用不完，花灑沖水🚿也很足，天有點涼了，喜歡用燙一點的水沖涼，熱水也夠燙，挺好的……

We came back from Singapore to visit relatives and stayed at this Zengcheng Wanda Realm Hotel for the first time. Ms. June and Molly at the reception were very friendly and professional. Meanwhile, for the executive suite we originally booked, but we are very grateful to a lobby manager wearing glasses who helped us upgrade more higher level room and provided a series of services to make it more convenient for us. Thank you so much to all the service staff of this hotel for their patience and excellent service, they bring us the feelings just like we arrived the homeland!We stayed a total of 6 nights in two rooms. We booked separately through Singapore Trip. Unfortunately the breakfasts were ignored for two days, but the front desk manager of the hotel still provided us with a great dim sum breakfast, which was very warm. ! Through the wonderful vacation experience we will decide to book this hotel without any doubt when we come back 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
從新加坡回來探親第一次入住這間增城萬達嘉華，前台阿June和Molly小姐非常友善和專業，還有我們原本預定的行政套房很感謝有一位戴眼鏡的大堂經理幫我們無償升級了房間並且提供一系列讓我們更加便利的服務，感謝這間酒店的所有服務人員的接待與優質服務讓我們有種賓至如歸之感！我們一共入住6晚x兩間房，是通過新加坡Trip分開來預定的，結果有兩日的早餐被忽略掉了，但酒店的前台經理還是依舊為我們提供了美好的的小點心早餐，非常溫馨！通過此次入住我們決定以後每次回來都會直接預定這家酒店👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

替朋友訂住了一晚，各方面設施很新没話锐，清洁程度也不错，我自己之前也住过。楼下附近吃也很方便多選擇。可改進的地方是前枱的水準要提升一下，好像不太熟鍊，我是用我的名字订房的，朋友進住時候我要求改回朋友的名字是很正常的，一个男的聽了好像不知怎么办，兢自走了！另外一个女的，攪了差不多十五分钟才辦好，拍了照一会又説拍不到再来！也不是怪她，想是培訓的问题，可以改善，把酒店型像提高

PPengguna TetamuПриятный отель, хорошее расположение относительно аэропорта, после оформления бронирования сразу вручили ваучер на бесплатный напиток в баре (чай, кофе, пиво и т.д.). Был доступен поздний выезд в 14.00. Также отелем был предоставлен бесплатный трансфер до аэропорта на люксовом микроавтобусе. Остались только приятные впечатления от отеля. Все красиво и на высшем уровне. Классный дизайн, управление в номере современное. Из минусов хочу выделить строящийся микрорайон. Видно, что отель новый, поэтому локация вокруг еще не благоустроена, лучше пользоваться услугами такси или заказывать трансфер из отеля. В общем мне понравилось, буду и дальше выбирать Hilton.

AAscotThe hotel is spotlessly clean, inside the room especially. Super quiet, did not hear a soul from outside the room. Same goes with watching the airplanes take-off and landing, not a sound at all. The shuttle service is number 1 for personalized service. It is worth staying at, with a bus stop on the road virtually directly out front, great eateries next door as well.

The reception desk was very smooth, thanks to Tina's help, which was very efficient, the room arrangement was also very perfect, the restaurant was a fusion of new style cantonese cuisine, the food taste was very authentic and special, and the table prepared by Mr. Lai was also very excellent. I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience.
Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. The staff's unprofessionalism, the lack of housekeeping service, the missed airport pick-up, and the initial Wi-Fi problems significantly detracted from the experience.
**In light of this experience, I would strongly advise potential guests to manage their expectations and consider alternative hotels near the airport that offer reliable airport fetching services and provide a more welcoming atmosphere.**

PPengguna Tanpa Nama酒店地段很不錯，打車去沙麪島、陳家祠、永慶坊都很方便，酒店旁邊吃的餐館不少，想吃傳統老字號品牌的旁邊也有一家，距離不過百米，喝早茶相當方便。酒店是一整層，房間數非常多，安排入住的房間比較大，整體設施比較簡單，最大程度做到乾淨整潔。服務態度也很好。房間沒有電吹風，估計需要找前台拿，一次性拖鞋不屬於標配但找前台就可以拿。房間美中不足的是窗户太小，通風一般，好在有空調。按平日價格這個性價比還是不錯的。

CChengxiqu88clean and nice remodeling. But this is not a 5 star, rather 3 to 4 star. Actually it’s a weird hotel. They completely lack the windows. The hallways are zigzagging and has a huge risk if fire breaks. I don’t know how the city government allows this kind of hotel. They turned off the heater and keep saying they turned it on. Latter they provided a space heater. I would not recommend this hotel.
