We booked 2 nights here via AmX travel desk. We (kids) were disappointed to discover that the pool was closed down. We assume AmX were not informed. They had an agreement with a pool near by, but it looked pretty bad. We tried to leave after one night to WestIn down the road, which had much better amenities (at a slightly higher price point). We were told this was not possible without paying a penalty. The room was also dated; bathroom was very old and a/c in the room was ineffective. On a positive note, Markets restaurant was excellent (see separate review). Staff were also helpful.

Para nosotros siempre será el mejor hotel, mi mamá se quedó con un grupo de amigas y lo disfrutaron al máximo, ella ama el hotel, el spa y estar compartiendo en las amenidades del lugar, amamos hotel Barceló!

I stayed here twice with a group in March 2023. During my first stay, my room was not as clean as it could have been, but during my second stay, I was in a different tower and the room was much cleaner. Rooms are very spacious and all the staff were very friendly. Two things would make the hotel even better: water bottles in guest rooms would be very helpful. Also, having room numbers labeled in the lobby. For example, it was difficult to know which tower my room was in as there were no signs in the lobby indicating which tower to go to. Other than that, though, it was a very nice hotel. The breakfast buffet was incredible and all the staff were excellent!

This last time, I spent 2 consecutive months at Casa Veranda (out of 4.5 months over 2022), and every single day was perfect. Since arrival thru check out, service was first class; staff was friendly and kind, always concerned about the guest well-being. My birthday happened during the stay, and all staff congratulated me, I had lunch with 3 of them, and cake was sent to my room. It truly feels like home!

Pengangkutan ulang-alik lapangan terbang disediakan dengan dikenakan surcaj (tersedia 24 jam) manakala tempat letak kenderaan sendiri percuma terdapat di tapak hartanah.Inaplah di salah satu daripada 26 bilik tamu yang menampilkan televisyen skrin rata. Akses Internet wayarles percuma membolehkan anda sentiasa berhubung, manakala program kabel disediakan untuk hiburan anda. Bilik mandi dilengkapkan dengan pancuran mandi dan pengering rambut. Kemudahan yang disediakan merangkumi meja, manakala pengemasan disediakan setiap hari dan seterika/papan seterika boleh diminta.

Very pleasant experience overall. I needed help with arranging many details and staff were very helpful! The room was exceptional, although there was only shampoo and lotion, no conditioner, but the shower was hot and the pillows were soft! I felt very comfortable and safe and would definitely stay here again.

Not suitable for business travelers more for tourists. Unable to conduct meetings in the public areas (business , lounge, or patio). If you plan to relax or have a casual business discussion it will be very difficult. My clients (locals) and myself repeatedly asked for the music to be turned down, even slightly. We were told by the staff it was not possible as per management policy. It was to create an atmosphere to attract street business to the bar. The patio was impossible to sit out on as the large speakers are directly over your head. There are better hotels in the area which are more suitable. Best for tourists for a stop over.

Everything was perfect, decoration , rooms, pool, food, drinks , ATTENTION!!! Nothing else to say or to asked for !!

El servicio pésimo no atendieron a mi familia y el desayuno ni lo pasaron cuando estaba pagado se salieron y no dijeron nada como fue como la primera vez que fue bien. Atendido buen servicio tal vez sea el personal de este día 26 de junio
