Hotel dengan Bar di Guayaquil

Sikap perkhidmatan kakitangan sangat baik dan sopan. Perkara yang paling mengejutkan ialah sarapan di hotel, yang benar-benar kaya dan lazat. Pelayan dan tukang masak sangat sopan dan membuat orang berasa sangat gembira. Beberapa cadangan, adalah sesuai jika sekali selipar dan cerek elektrik boleh disediakan di dalam bilik.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war okay. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer war grosszügig geschnitten, den kleinen Fitnessraum konnte man auch benutzen. Frühstück okay, das Rührei wurde frisch zubereitet. Was uns gestört hat, sind die schlecht isolierten Fenster: Wegen des Strassenlärms war es schon frühmorgens ziemlich laut im Zimmer. Die ”Kunst”, die sämtliche Hotelwände schmückt, fanden wir eher gewöhnungsbedürftig - das dürfte aber sehr individuell sein 😊

Para mi, la mejor cadena de hoteles en Ecuador, el desayuno buffet tiene demasiadas opciones y sobretodo su personal es muy amable y servicial. Los elijo siempre en cualquier ciudad donde hay Oro Verde

Best guest services and the best location in the city, next to mall del sol, great food and beverage. All the staff are polite and helpful with the costumers, when we arrived the front desk people give us a welcome drink that make us feel important for the hotel

I have stayed here upwards of 10 times! My grandmother lives at the beach and I fly into Guyaquil and stay at this Radisson every time. They pick you up from the airport always on time and with the utmost courtesy. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet is fantastic. I have family that lives across the street and we all meet here for breakfast to start every family visit. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

From start to finish, this hotel was superb. It was easy to schedule the free shuttle from the airport (about ten minutes or less to hotel) and they accommodated our last minute flight change. The driver had cold soft drinks waiting for us and we arrived quickly to the hotel. We were upgraded for free to the executive floor, where we enjoyed a free happy hour in the evenings with appetizers and beer/wine. There were welcome chocolates in the room when we arrived. We had an issue with the AC and toilet that were immediately fixed. The free breakfast buffet was sensational and I got some handmade Ecuadorian earrings $5USD at the tiny gift shop. The pool and hot tub/ cold plunge were a great way to relax after exploring the city. Check-out and airport shuttle return were a breeze. Hotel also calls you taxis to safely head into the city, so you should use this service as I heard hailing cabs from the street is dangerous. Would surely stay here again!

For the price paid, the service was exceptional. Note, however, that there are two areas in the whole city where there are standards and safety is greater. Manso boutique is located on the waterfront in the old historic district. For two or three blocks this area is fine, but thereafter it changes for the worse. The other district is north of the airport and bus terminal - the best area of the city so I've heard. The former requires a taxi as the distance is far from your arrival point. Uber taxis were sub $3 each way in the evening and $4 is the average. Manso guesthouse itself has a sea view and a secure door lock. A balcony is present and food and drinks are available at reasonable prices. The WiFi wasn't great at all, and the shower was only warm (though refreshing as Guayaquil is very humid), but I was given a spacious twin room (though I booked a dormitory) and the included breakfast was a nice touch consisting of egg, fruit, juice, coffee and other things. The staff were friendly, the cleanliness was good and the decor stylish. Would recommend if you wish to visit the area 110%, though stay north of the terminal if your trip is brief.

Me parece pésimo el desayuno y la manera de atender dentro del restaurant no prenden aires no atiene nadie y si sale alguien de la cocina groseros para decir que solo tiene ahí los huevos revueltos y no ahí más de desayuno pésimo
