For my wife and I, it is always a pleasure every time we are lucky enough to stay at Unipark. It is very pleasant to receive the very familiar greeting of each person in their duties. Cesar with his eternal smile and kindness, despite being very busy on many occasions when the hotel is full, welcomes us and on several occasions has been the one who wishes us a speedy return. Miss Evelyn at reception, shows us her delicacy and culture to inform and guide the guests. The rooms as always, very clean and tidy. The maids very ready to meet any request. Not to mention the fabulous breakfast, with the unbeatable and professional attention of Darwin or Edison. A special thanks to Rugel the chef for his loving details. Finally, I think it would be a little unfair not to name all those who serve us during each stay. Thank you very much to all.

Located right in the center of downtown - close to all the attractions - next to the main square and about 30 min walk to the porta Anna and les Peña’s. Super friendly staff. Large room with comfortable bed. Very clean. Very fair price. Highly recommended. !

I have stayed here upwards of 10 times! My grandmother lives at the beach and I fly into Guyaquil and stay at this Radisson every time. They pick you up from the airport always on time and with the utmost courtesy. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet is fantastic. I have family that lives across the street and we all meet here for breakfast to start every family visit. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

We spent three nights here in January 2024, although we originally planned to spend two nights here. There are so many positives about this hotel. We emailed reception, and they sent a minibus to pick us up from the airport. The driver was really helpful and friendly both at the airport and for the short drive to the hotel. Our room was spacious with nice beds and a nice bathroom, and plenty of plug sockets including USBs. We had snacks on the first evening in the Executive Lounge, where there was a good range of food, and a few soft drinks, beer and wine, as well as hot drinks. We had breakfast there on the first morning and were surprised by how extensive the selection was. There was an impressive series of restaurants in the hotel, and we tried a couple whilst we were there, Sal & Pimienta, a snack bar, and Vereda Tropical, a restaurant specialising in meat with indoor and outdoor dining. Both were notable for the quality of food and the level of service, excellent in both cases. We had breakfast in Cafe Colon on the second day and the range of food was even more impressive than the Executive Lounge. As well as standard international breakfast offerings that you would expect in a Hilton, there were local foods - the rice and beans and ham were all delicious - a series of Lebanese breakfast classics, lots of breads and pastries, juices, fruit, and so much more, As with everywhere else in the hotel, the staff were absolutely excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. We spent a little bit of time by the excellent pool and in the spa, which were large, not particularly busy, in good condition, and as with the rest of the hotel, fantastic service. There is a nice, quiet bar at the pool. The pool could can be accessed via the spa, or directly from the hotel. Towels are provided at the spa. On our last day, there were some security issues in the city, and we were very happy that we were staying at this hotel. The staff kept us up to date with what was going on, contacted the airline for us, and when access to the airport was difficult because of the situation, they found a way to get us there, Our flight was delayed by a day, and with a quick call to the Hilton, a room was booked for us and transport was on its way to pick us up. We were greeted like regulat guests on our return. The hotel had excellent security, reassuring in the situation at the time. There were a couple of minor issues - the Hilton reservation system had somehow missed the taxes from our booking, but the hotel managed to get us a slightly lower rate that almost offset the tax impact, and the normal Hilton Hhonors recognition wasn't quite the usual standard - but these were very minor inconvieniences that were more than offset by the excellent facilities and service we experienced throughout. A big thank you to the Hilton for looking after us so well whilst we were there.

Wonderful stay for a quick trip. Great hospitality. Great food and service. The bedroom was very spacious and clean. Would highly recommend.

For the price paid, the service was exceptional. Note, however, that there are two areas in the whole city where there are standards and safety is greater. Manso boutique is located on the waterfront in the old historic district. For two or three blocks this area is fine, but thereafter it changes for the worse. The other district is north of the airport and bus terminal - the best area of the city so I've heard. The former requires a taxi as the distance is far from your arrival point. Uber taxis were sub $3 each way in the evening and $4 is the average. Manso guesthouse itself has a sea view and a secure door lock. A balcony is present and food and drinks are available at reasonable prices. The WiFi wasn't great at all, and the shower was only warm (though refreshing as Guayaquil is very humid), but I was given a spacious twin room (though I booked a dormitory) and the included breakfast was a nice touch consisting of egg, fruit, juice, coffee and other things. The staff were friendly, the cleanliness was good and the decor stylish. Would recommend if you wish to visit the area 110%, though stay north of the terminal if your trip is brief.

Von Guayaquil wurde mir immer aufgrund der hohen Kriminalität abgeraten. Zwei Tage vor meiner Rückreise kam ich im MC Suites Boutique an. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Restaurant kann man günstig und gut essen. Die Zimmer haben alles was man braucht und die Lage ist super: Shoppingcenter, Flughafen und Malecon sind in wenigen Fahrtminuten erreichbar.
