OMG what a find! After checking out of a previous place in another town early because it wasn’t in a great location and not very nice we booked this last minute. We could not have been happier! Super quaint location and building with well appointed rooms. The service made it for us though, they went out of their way to help with bags, out of hours food and wine service and location advice even though only 4 stars and we didn’t expect it. English was great but their attitude to welcoming us made this feel like it was our own personal palace. If you get rooms in the 4th floor you will have amazing views over the old town. We could not believe the value for money. The restaurant Bosone Garden was lovely, the food great and quite possibly the best cocktails we have had in Italy so far. Gubbio is a fantastic spot for a few days (the Funivia that takes you up the mountain was so much fun and the kids and adults loved it. All the restaurants in the town were great full for the business and super friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our kids which made the overall visit to the town even better. I’m a harsh critic usually but this hotel and its staff all blew me away with their genuine service. The breakfast is lovely with beautiful home made cakes and pastries and the room it’s served in is quite spectacular. Thanks for having us!

The location is really handy in exploring Gubbio. You can walk everywhere. The room was clean, staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. Absolutely no complaints about this hotel. Well the one complaint, and it is not hotel relatet td, but the nearby church bell must be one o the few in Italy that goes on ALL night. It made for a disrupted sleep.(butyou would hear it in all the hotels in the area).

Palazzo storico con molti particolari interessanti, come il giardino pensile e il tunnel segreto che un tempo lo collegava al Palazzo Ducale. Posizione dell'albergo centralissima, con possibilità di parcheggiare a circa 600 metri, vicino la famosa funivia...consigliamo di farvi spiegare bene come raggiungere l'albergo perchè non è proprio intuitivo a causa delle varie ZTL attive e dei sensi unici del centro storico. Personale gentile e accogliente. Dalla nostra stanza si sentiva l'orologio a campane che rimanda al Medioevo ma ci si abitua subito. Buona pulizia della camera. La colazione è varia ed abbondante. L'albergo è collegato al bar della fiction Don Matteo con affaccio sulla famosa piazza che purtroppo, in questo periodo, è in ristrutturazione. Esperienza molto positiva, consigliatissimo!

OMG what a find! After checking out of a previous place in another town early because it wasn’t in a great location and not very nice we booked this last minute. We could not have been happier! Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per qualche giorno e al momento della partenza è stata dura lasciare questo meraviglioso posto a dir poco!!! Siamo stati coccolati dall'inizio alla fine, tutto lo staff gentilissimo e professionale con attenzione a tutto!!! La struttura ha una vista panoramica strepitosa, una bellissima piscina come altrettanto il ristorante dove si mangia divinamente e poi le camere pulitisse e sempre bel ordinate!!! Per concludere dico che è una struttura consigliatissima al quale ritorneremo molto presto noi!!!!

We just stayed at the Park Hotel Ai Cappuccini for 3 nights and it was excellent. The location was perfect for us as we enjoy walking and it was just a 10-15 minute walk to “Centro Storico di Gubbio.” We also had a car and it was a great base for seeing the surrounding area. They have great parking on site. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The building was beautiful. The facilities from the pool, workout room and sauna were great (to name just a few). They had a fabulous breakfast, very delicious. To top it off, you could see attention to every detail and entire staff was wonderful! Thank you so much to everyone at the Park Hotel Ai Cappucini! We’d love to return and I highly recommend!

Arrivee dans la campagne d’ombrie , bâtisse magnifique , très belle terrasse , superbe éclairage le soir et vue sur Gubbio au loin . Belle piscine . Chambres spacieuses climatisées et très agréables MAIS , semble un hôtel fantôme , 1 serveuse faisant la réception le bar le service . Restaurant catastrophique , jamais en Italie je n’avais mange aussi mal ! Jambon de parme coupé très épais comme du jambon de montagne , 1 tomate coupée en 3 morceaux acec mozzarelle en guise de caprese , œufs aux courgettes médiocres , pâtes au ragù blanc infectes , ravioli en second plat noyés dans une sauce liquide , répugnante . La serveuse sert seule et fait la réception , les plats n’arrivent pas ensemble mais la pauvre ne peut pas faire autrement . Le personnel est gentil mais dépassé . Femme de ménage odieuse . Petit déjeuner sans intérêt . RESTAURANT 1 hôtel 4 Nous avons laissé 4/5 pour l’hôtel , sa situation et la qualité des chambres . Mais éviter absolument le restaurant
